Outstanding customer service from Bradley Pacific Maui. A pre-takeoff mechanical issue on our Citation X delayed our departure from Maui for two days. The staff at Bradley Pacific Maui went above and beyond to make the best of our situation. Within an hour our passengers had a rental car and were at their new hotel (with an incredible special rate and a free round of golf!). They helped us find a qualified mechanic (not easy in Maui on a Friday night) to help diagnose the problem and made their line facilities available even after normal closing. A special thanks to Candyce, Michelle, and the line service staff for all of your support and help in turning a bad situation into an enjoyable experience.
