The Beacon Cafe is open for business! The Corner Store part is coming soon.

The restaurant still has a sign saying "under renovation." Still has very reasonable fuel though.

Guys, AirNav doesn't know, only posts what we users tell them. So, I just received an email from Barbie and yes, the restaurant is going to reopen this week, forecasted for the 18th.

Any truth to the rumor they will re-open the restaurant?

As of August 12, 2010, the restaurant/terminal facility of Rio Concho Aviation has been closed for renovation. Gas pumps are still operational with 24/7 fuel service.

I don't recommend this for a fuel stop. The price is average. However, at night you can't read the prompt screen without a flashlight. The receipt printer has not worked for months. Now the grounding wires are no longer connected to anything. Rio Concho has gone down!

Great breakfast stop around the DFW area. Everything was done to perfection. Crispy hashbrowns were my favorite part.
