Great little airport with outstanding fuel prices...Best in the Houston area. A little out of the way, but worth the extra 20 miles. If you are coming in from the east or northeast of Houston, stop in and get a good deal. New portable building has nice facilities as well.

Landed my thirsty Baron there for the cheap fuel only to find none available. The new fuel equipment was covered up with tarps and the fueling area barricaded with a couple of cones. While I was restarting my Baron and spooling up the HSI another airplane taxied in and was waiting for me to move. I told them if they were waiting to get fuel that none was available. They were also surprised. The new FBO is nice given what was there before (nothing) but the managers should have updated AirNav that no fuel is available.Response from Jose A. I needed to use the courtesy car today but there was someone ahead of me, so Debbie says, "use our truck." I really like the aviation community and people like Jose and Debbie make it better. Thank ya'll very much. Oh, and the airport looks great.

Best fuel prices around. New fuel pumps and equipment. The airport manager Jose came out to greet me. Great guy. Will be back.

Met the airport manager, Jose! Very clean airport, adequate facilities, and lots of potential! Absolute best gas prices in the area! Will be coming more often! -

Great new FBO with small pilots lounge. Adding new hangers to the field. Lowest fuel price in the area. Debbie and Jose are greatly improving Liberty.

Fuel now located on East Side of Field with New Office and New Airport Manager. New T-hangers too. Good place to base a plane. Hangers should go real fast.

Called the airport manager, and I was informed the last minute maintenance concerns should be complete with the airport being open for business shortly. Nice place to land indeed.

Airfield is Notam'd closed. Just spoke to airport mgmt, runway is being resurfaced and ETA on completion is about 2 more weeks (about 20th Nov). Nothing is posted about this on the city of Liberty airport links....

Looking for a quick/cheap refuel along the way, and learned of T78 here in advance so we gave it a try. No frills, but everything you need for a self-serve quick-turn at the best price I've seen in years! Previous comments about the hose length had me concerned, but no problems whatsoever, and yes the port-a-let or woods is all you get but there it is
