Great fly-in destination! Arrived on a Saturday morning. FBO folks were friendly and had our rental car ready with no delay. Used the self serve pump with no problems.

Excellent service. Super price on 100LL considering that it is a "hill country" destination airport. My experience has been nothing but positive while the plane is assigned to this location.

Going from Utah to Florida in a twin jet prop and looking for a fuel stop quick turn and a bite to eat for 8. This is the FIRST place that REFUSED to negotiate (at all) a fuel price on a 300+ gallon fuel purchase! Their competition at several neighbor airfields have fuel for over a buck a gallon cheaper. Several logical stops (runway length, approaches, etc..) on our route have fuel at over $1.50 per gallon cheaper! The CSR and line supervisor stonewalled and wouldn't help me get into contact with the FBO owner. I guess they don't get that some easy profit is better than no profit at all. I even tried to work it as a cost plus deal. They could have had a couple hundred dollar profit for one hour on the ground and a simple fill up. Now they get NOTHING! The unfortunate part is that the food spot misses our business too.

All the folks I dealt with at the FBO during a recent trip to T82 were friendly and courteous and the FBO building and restrooms were very clean and well kept. The cab ride into town to visit the Pacific War Museum was very reasonable, $3.00 per person each way and the museum itself was very interesting but plan on several hours to see it all. I would recommend T82 as a good place to stop to simply visit and/or for a rest stop and fuel on a x-country

Our return trip for another Oktoberfest, this is just one of the coolest & most unique experiences that a pilot (or anyone) could have! Super-friendly folks welcoming with warm smiles & anxious to meet our every need, both at the FBO (a high-quality facility run by the most helpful people) & Hangar Hotel, as well as the Airport Diner & throughout the town. The Nimitz Pacific War Museum is in full swing now and well worth seeing, they happened to have live re-enactments during our visit, which were very impressive. The festival, and just browsing the shops in town. A weekend is just not enough time! Wonderful experience again, great memories, and already looking forward to a return trip! Thanks for everything

Great small town destination! FBO and hotel folks are friendly and helpful. FBO was out of cars during spring break, but referred us to Enterprise, which had only two cars left. I recommend reserving a car ahead of time, especially if anything is going on. Main Street is great fun, with good German restaurants, the brewery, and more. Lots of vineyards outside of town. Highly recommended!

What a pleasant visit! Greeted with cookies, and a smile from the FBO Owner's wife. She dropped my jaw when she told me their policy: "We sell Fuel, but we GIVE service! Self serve or truck...Same price!!!" I wish the rest of the country could follow their example! Very helpful getting our rental car and on our way to play tourist.

Terminal is very nice. Airport is well maintained. Now there are two CAB companies with cards in the Terminal. Cost is about $10 one way for 2 people. Rental cars available from the FBO. Downtown there is now a shuttle bus that goes from the Visitor Center down the main shopping street to the Pioneer Museum, 25 cents a ride. Plenty of stores and shops for about any tourist. Several nice restaurants, bier gardens and pastry shops on the main street. Nice for a days visit. Rather crowded with tourist on a nice Saturday.

Spent the weekend at T82 and had a great time. Folks at Fredericksburg FBO, Hangar Hotel and Airport Diner were all terrific. Highly recommend the entire experience.

After hearing of the Hangar Hotel a year ago we've been looking for an excuse to visit, which just came with Oktoberfest and my lil girl having a 3-day weekend off school. We had very high expectations after all the research, and those were well surpassed by everyone and everything there!! From the planning/reservations to arrival to departure, the very kind and friendly folks at both the FBO and Hangar Hotel made us feel like we were home, and everything from the rental-car to the hotel to the diner was impeccable and outstanding! Our plane right outside the hotel door, looking at it while we had breakfast or sitting on the observation deck, while surrounded by music and memorabilia from the golden age of aviation, made us appreciate it even more. Then there was the town and folks in Fredericksburg, Oktoberfest, the vintage shops for blocks along Main Street, the many new friends that we made there who made us promise to return next year, and so on...Simply a fantastic experience!!

My wife and I flew in for a family weekend with our children and grandchild. We stayed at the Hangar Hotel and enjoyed it very much. Really nice place, clean, although the bed was a little hard. The Fredericksburg FBO is one of the better-equipped FBO's that I have used. The man on duty was very friendly and helpful, and the flight planning room had everything I needed. Very nice airport, and very well maintained.
