Kevin and the guys really took care of us. First off, they waited until a little after closing, since they'd seen us on Flight Aware and expected us. They met us with the literal red carpet, as others have commented, and offered beverages to my passengers and me. I don't think I've ever come across a more hospitable FBO.

On April 22, 2012 I landed in South Valley Regional airport. I have been there on several occasions for trips for Pilot's for Christ. Every time I have landed there the service and greeting has been exceptional. This last time was truly outstanding. Kevin and Adam were there with 2 red carpets (literally) and a cooler of drinks for my passengers. This was a touch that really made my passengers feel special. I have never been to a FBO that demonstrates this level of courtesy and respect.

Landed at South Valley Regional April 6th for a long weekend at Park City. Kevin met us at the plane with red carpet and our rental car. Great rates on Hertz rental cars with an office right there in the FBO. We called for fuel shortly before arriving at the FBO for our return trip and the plane was ready to go. I highly recommend Leading Edge Aviation if you are going to the Salt Lake City area.

Leading Edge Aviation at Salt Lake South Valley Regional were great! I went there for a 4 day ski trip in early March 2012 and left the airplane with them. Fuel was discounted to the self-service price by showing my AirBoss Card. Furthermore, since snow was forecast all week, I asked them to pull my plane into the hangar the last night before my departure day. This also allowed me to load and preflight the airplane in their hangar. They charged me $80 for the night in the hangar and otherwise outside tiedown was free. I'd highly recommend them for anyone that plans a flight to the Salt Lake City area.

I brought the family to U42 in a PA-32R-301T last week. Leading Edge graciously helped us out by holding on to a car key that was left for us. On the way out, Kevin was a very attentive lineman, filling the oxygen, fueling, and wiping the windshield down. What a nice little airport, and a great FBO!

I have tied down at Leading Edge twice in the last month and on both occasions they did a fantastic job. Christina in the office and all the line personnel were very attentive. I highly recommend Leading Edge if you plan on visiting the Salt Lake area.

I called Leading Edge Aviation to come and fuel my airplane at my hangar. And in no time linemen Dillon Doxey was fueling my airplane and he made sure not to spill any fuel on my wings and cleaned my windows He was very friendly and he asked if I needed anything else for my plane. Leading Edge Aviation is doing a great job as a FBO at South Valley

Leading Edge is doing a great job. Fuel is readily available and the line staff really knows how to keep the locals happy. My windshield is cleaned every time they fuel my plane, Jordan the other day went the extra nautical mile and cleaned off my leading edges. Thanks for all your help.

I fly into South Valley several times a year and am always greeted by someone to marshal me in. They always literally roll out the red carpet and have a cold drink for me as I step off the plane. Their fuel service is prompt and skillful and there is an enthusiasm for general aviation at Leading Edge Aviation that is missing in so many FBOs these days. Scott, the owner, is a major supporter of general aviation and Leading Edge goes way beyond the norm in providing fly ins, classes, instruction and now their new motion flight simulator. Jordan Silver and all the other line guys at this FBO do a great job with customer service and will bend over backwards to help those who pass thru.

I brought in a small Cessna for a business meeting and was not leaving until late that same night. Christina and Jordan took GREAT care of us and stayed late to make sure our plane was fueled and put in the hangar. Great service! My associates were impressed.

Hui (pronounced Hoy), Chief Mechanic and Team recently provided valuable service in assessing my magneto needs. Since my old mags were no longer manufactured coupled with nearing the 500 hour overhaul, Hui recommended ordering new Slick Mags and harness. When they arrived he quickly mounted and in a most professional and caring manner. Just the manner, skill and enthusiasm in which he and team proudly installed the new mags and harness was most impressive. I would highly recommend Leading Edge. Lastly, in continuing to fly to and from this airport nearly twice weekly, I remain most satisfied with Management and Ground Teams care of both my V35BTC Bonanza and its pilot (me).

I just wanted to say that since Leading Edge has been here, the service has been wildly different than the past, largely because of new ownership. They quick turn my airplane, things are ready to go and taken care of, also things are maintained properly and fuel has been kept available. They really do a good job, and get my windows every time, which they understand is a safety issue and they do it without grumbling or complaining. I want to say thanks to all the line guys, whom LEA is so fortunate to have, but this month Trevor M has gone above and beyond. Thanks!

Exceptional Service from all of Leading Edge Team. Especially exceptional service from lineman/pilot Trevor Mendenhall deserves special mention. Going the extra mile is "an always" for Trevor. I highly recommend pilots to use this new U42 FBO.

My first time at Salt Lake. I landed on my way to West Yellowstone and the flight back for a quick stop & fuel. I wanted to avoid the Int'l airport and choose U42. Leading Edge provided a great services on ground: fresh soda's offered when I opened my Cessna's door, charts available (I forgot to buy SFO TAC for my next stop), rental car was provided right to my plane and return back by FBO guys. U42 seems a little far from downtown than the Int'l but the field is easy to access and leave in VFR/GA. Sure I will come back!

We arrived after a long day and it was after hours. Jordan spotted us and returned to open the office and take care of us, our Skylane and get us a car. The next morning we wanted to do some local flying to get familiar with the area being our first trip to Utah. We met the site manager Heath. Everyone was genuinely helpful and appeared to be sincerely interested in our needs and satisfaction, a return to the concept of customer service. A great FBO, Very refreshing!

I was in this weekend and experienced fine and attentive service from the line and desk. The rental car was waiting, the FLTPLAN fax on the desk with my requests, fuel was efficient and reasonably priced, etc. Much better than using Salt Lake City airport.

Friendly people. I had a dead battery when leaving U42. The lead mechanic, Hui, was very helpful, charged me up (and didn't overcharge me). The girl at the desk arranged a good, cheap hotel room for a passenger who was unable to wait with me. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been into Leading Edge Aviation three times in the last two weeks. The service is outstanding. They have a very nice clean facility. Rental cars are on site. Getting into U42 is easy and jet aircraft don't need to use Salt Lake stars or sids which will save time and fuel. Fuel prices are much lower than at Salt Lake International and turn arounds are much faster. Last week I picked up passengers at LE and flew to Arizona. I said we would be back late that night and would not need services. When we returned there was a line attendant waiting. He'd flight tracked us and wanted to make sure we didn't have any problems. Great service and Great people

When I researched the field there was no operating FBO, and I was pleasantly surprised when a lineman came to greet me with the electric cart. He towed my plane to transient. $5/night is waived with fuel purchase. The facilities and business are brand new, clean, and friendly. This airport offers outstanding convenience for access to Salt Lake. Pulling my plane up and washing the windshield was very appreciated. I will definitely return.
