Nice FBO and friendly line person. They had a great crew car and the line guy even stuck around a few minutes after closing time for me to return the car and take off. Only bummer was that they have "never heard of" the AirBoss discount that is advertised here on AirNav -- the main reason I chose this FBO over the other one on the field. HOWEVER immediately after arriving home from my quick trip to Rockford, Amber from North American Pride FBO contacted me directly and profusely apologized for the fact that the line person was unaware of their AirBoss discount policy. She had already made sure that all personnel at North American Pride now know about and understand how to apply the discount, and she even offered to give me an even larger discount at my next visit to make up for the earlier miscue (She also gave me the option to have my credit card account credited with the discount.). Anyone or any company can make a mistake. It's what you do to make things right that makes the difference, and Amber and Pride did the right thing. I will be back! Thanks, Amber!"

Got stuck in Rockford because of weather... Had to make other arrangements to get home... Tied down my aircraft on their ramp... Returned after 5 weeks... Dead battery... They helped me get going and no charge for tie down... Very helpful staff and highly recommended

I have been to a lot of FBOs, but North American Pride certainly deserves its name. Thanks to all who went out of their way to make sure that my stay was a pleasant one. Special thanks to Amber. Job well done by all. I will make a point to stop here anytime I am in the area.

I have just spent a very enjoyable day at North American. The past 4-5 times I was at RFD I have gone to Emery and did not receive the best service. I was given the crew car and spent most the day talking with the two girls running the show (Amber and April). I also spent time with John the owner. The services were exceptional and recommend it highly.

I stopped here last year on my way to Oshkosh, and it was great. Low fuel prices, and nice people. I'm looking forward to stopping again this year on the way to Oshkosh.
