| Grand Aire proudly operates the only 24/7/365 staffed full-service FBO on the field at the Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport (KTOL), thus eliminating call-out-fees. Not only do we manage our own fueling for aircraft, we also offer de-icing Type I and IV, high-tail heated hangar space, customs clearing assistance, 6 courtesy vehicles, baggage handling, aircraft catering, hotel and rental car arrangements, and more. Our newly renovated and expanded, state-of-the-art FBO features a spacious, yet comfortable rest area plus a contemporary snacking lounge complete with customary kitchen appliances, vending options and extra seating. Visitors can enjoy complementary popcorn, coffee and bottled water while watching TV and waiting for their passengers to arrive. Pilots and crew members may enjoy a separate furnished lounge with two individual sleeping quarters, and a weather briefing center. Additionally, we offer a conference room, and a private shower room. With two (2) of the newest and largest hangars on the field, Grand Aire is currently offering great pricing for the use of our heated high-tail hangar (hangar door: 28' tall & opens to a width of 100'). I want to give a big "Thank you!" to Ed, Dave, Lance, Chris, and Dalton at Grand Aire. These guys provided excellent customer service with professional and timely aircraft handling. The FBO is beautiful and updated with very clean facilities, good enough for the most demanding passengers (and sometimes, crew). We are a US flight department that operates domestically and internationally, using FBOs from all over, so we truly appreciate an excellent FBO, which Grand Aire certainly is. Highly recommended!
