Moton Field is an excellent place for a fuel stop and to see the home of the Red Tails of WWII fame. Easy in and out, excellent service, very comfortable pilot lounge. I stopped on a X/C from Palatka, FL to Council Bluffs, IA. Touring the National Park Service museum & hangar (no charge) made for a memorable visit to the Field and Tuskegee. I'll stop again for sure.
