BE AAWARE: As the previous comment mentioned, the service offered by the two mechanics acting as customer service agents was exceptional. However, if you are a corporate operator coming here to sit all day, you should plan on getting a day room or going to a different airport. AirQuest has simply cloned the information and photos from their BTP facility and posted it as info for BVI...No snooze room, no lobby (neaten up corner of in the maintenance hangar with a four top table, counter with coffee and a TV.) the pilot "lounge" is maybe 5'x8' with one old couch that has the wooden frame poking through, so if both pilots sit in it, you'll be sitting close and staring at the nearby wall with the cable cord hanging out of it. The phone rings to the Butler location and causes confusion with car rentals and notification to the BVI employed of your arrival. I did speak with management, and will happily remove this when I stop seeing the false advertising in the services listing at BVI.|
Response from Maria Mion, Office Manager at BTP, AirQuest Aviation
At AirQuest Aviation we take pride in providing the best, safest customer service possible. At our BVI location we do have a newly renovated snooze room. Although the lobby is not a separate room, there is an area to sit with television, coffee, popcorn, friendly conversation, etc. If you were looking for a facility with a separate lobby and/or a shower room, we would happily welcome you at our BTP location. We do ask which location the customer is flying into, and as long as there is not a change of plans we are not aware of, there is no confusion. Regardless of location, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
