Stopped in for a few hours. Nice facility. For single-engine: $5 ramp fee/$10 RON. Waived with minimum fuel purchase.

What a GREAT experience! I flew up in a friend's Cirrus SR22 to pickup my Duchess from the paint shop. As we were both starting up for the return flight, my friend's Cirrus would not crank. For the bargain price of $25, they brought the GPU and gave his battery a jump-start. This would easily have been $100 at any big airport. On top of that, they gave us to self-serve price from the truck. They had plenty of hand-sanitizer available and maintained 6-feet of separation during the COVID pandemic. They also gave me change for the vending machine, which has the cheapest candy and Coke products you'll find at any airport. I simply cannot give these folks enough praise.

I am assured that my experience was a perfect storm of lack of maintenance, a bad day, etc and that every effort has been made to improve the experience in the future I am very pleased that Chris took the time to explain and reach out I hope to visit again soon and see.

No coffee, toilet plugged, flat affect desk, fuel truck pumped 10 gal then ran out of fuel, 5 aircraft still waiting after an hour despite being notified there would be several aircraft flying in for lunch similar problems two years ago too bad considering money spent on new empty admin bldg. FBO needs a heads up and City should solicit a second new FBO by state hope it gets better by expo
