I flew into DXR and parked at Reliant. Service was outstanding and the staff very friendly. Warning. Do not rent a car from local Enterprise. They delivered a car to FBO for me. We used the car and returned the same day. The car was in our possession all day and never out of site. I left the cars and keys at FBO the same way we picked it up. Two days later local Enterprise called me and said the car was damaged. They are trying to scam me. Read their reviews. I'm a Pro pilot and rent cars about 75 days a year.

Haven't landed at Danbury in 11 years. I couldn't remember the name of the FBO I went to previously, though they were in the SE corner of the field. Currently there are 3 FBOs there and rather than take a gamble there, I went to Reliant based on the two previous positive comments. Those comments proved true and I wanted to add my own - excellent service for our lowly 172. East access, crew car available for a lunch run, 10¢ / gallon discount for AOPA members. These guys are a class act. I will definitely be stopping again here.

Stopped in today at Reliant Air for some fuel and a quick rest stop during a low IMC flight. My first visit. Despite the rain I was marshaled in to the ramp, chocked and greeted with a smile. The whole crew was very pleasant, and Reliant takes obvious pride in presenting a spotlessly clean facility. WIFI was fast, chairs were comfortable, and everyone was efficient and friendly. A good experience. Nicely Done Reliant!
