Outstanding support from Signature at GEG. We came in a Cessna 182T which lost an alternator on landing. Thanks to front desk at Signature we were in contact with a mechanic within an hour and the issue was resolved in 2 days with a new part. FBO has a personal feel of a family owned business, not a huge corporation

My wife and I were treated like we were flying a jet instead of a 182 when we arrived at Signature yesterday, in fact we were the only piston on the ramp. I can't say enough for the exceptional service provided by the staff. The staff scheduled the rental car. Upon arrival, we were marshaled into place and the rental car was alongside the plane. We were offered help loading and unloading. My wife is handicapped and she was offered assistance as well. The handling fee was waived for a fuel purchase, and the fuel price was very reasonable. The accessibility to the FBO is easy and it's nice that they are open until 22:00. Great FBO.
