CSR and the line guys were absolutely fantastic but only given three stars because prices are ridiculous and I have only been there twice and both times the tower was sarcastic jerks. And yes I fly a lot and this is the only tower that I've ever had trouble with in this way. I think they forget that they are the first contact with people visiting from another area and they are the first impression.
