I spent some time at Gary Jet Center while maintenance was being performed on my airplane. The facility is excellent, and the friendly staff treated me like visiting royalty. The Maintenance Department is also top notch!

This is everything an FBO should be. Polite, attentive, and very competent service. They will give you a ride to the train station and pick you up to go into the city. Great facility with everything you'd need or expect. ATC very good to work with here as well.

I have used Gary Jet Center for many years in my Eclipse when visiting Chicago. Cynthia and crew always take great care of me. Beautiful new facility with everything a pilot may need. This is the antithesis of the zoo at Midway and driving time to the city is just a few minutes more. Easy IFR in and out; I have never had delays here. Once you try this airport and the Gary Jet Center it will become your go-to Chicago airport.

The Jet Center provides consistent high quality service every time. Yesterday, we an issue with our personal car and the team had a rental car ready in minutes. Perfect service!
