One of the nicest (if not THE nicest) FBOs I've ever been to. Modern and clean, nice people, good fuel prices. Will come back here anytime I'm in this area.

My son and I flew into Dulles to pick up friends coming in from the UK. Franklin Todd took care of us. He was friendly and professional, he set us up with a crew car so we could visit the Udvar-Hazy Center great place to see. The fuel order was performed as requested and the van driver assisted our passengers with their luggage. All around awesome experience.

When I arrived in my RV8, the line guys treated me like I was in a Gulfstream. Two of them were there to park me and they had my rental car (which they set up for me with Go Rental, which also deserves a five star rating) at my plane before I could even get the luggage out of my plane. I didn't make it into the FBO until I returned the car. What a magnificent facility. Top notch. I highly recommend this FBO if you venture into the SFAR and stop in Manassas.

I've visited well over 100 FBO's over 15 years and I can tell you with full confidence this is the best FBO I've ever been to. Their facility is 5 star hotel quality, and so is their service and professionalism. I am attending ATP flight school now on the 2nd floor of the facility and I can only hope to one day be part of an aviation company that has the culture this company provides is customer base. This is testament to their high standards, who they choose as team members and to amazing management. Hat's off Chantilly! You're doing so much right, keep it up!

This is the nicest FBO I have ever seen. The staff was excellent and there are no better accommodations anywhere. I was blown away by this first class facility.

I attended an AOPA event at Chantilly on 8/27. The facility is beautiful with all amenities but when I went to pay for fuel, the CSR had some sort of difficulty that turned what should have been a 90 second transaction into a fifteen-minute ordeal. I chalked it up to "just one of those things" and moved on. When I returned to my aircraft to preflight for departure, I was met by a young lady, Kiah, who had ferried me from the ramp on arrival. It turned out that she is the customer service manager and she had come to the service counter while her CSR was trying to complete the transaction. It seems the CSR was inexperienced and Kiah felt so badly about my treatment she presented me with a large bag of Chantilly "Swag" and a profuse apology. I was not flying "Big Iron", with an upload of hundreds of gallons of Jet-A, just my Cessna Centurion, and only took 39 gallons of Avgas. I was most impressed with the attentiveness of Kiah and her efforts to make good. This is a class operation!
