These guys are generally great. Stayed here previously on long XC, napped in comfy recliner. This time got a ride to super close hotel w/ contracted rate. Only disappointment was I called and asked them to keep plane in hangar until we called again with updated departure, but plane was pulled out already. Morning CSR was a bit borderline snarky, but all other staff super friendly.

Great recent experience. Friendly & professional staff. Rachael needs her picture on a poster in the lobby for her composure and ability to manage such a dynamic operation. Great work!

Rachel, super nice, helpful, proactive, always smiling even when that Wichita Weather shows up and reminds everyone how cold it could be. Simply great. Yingling makes Wichita a must for a fuel stop or if Wichita is the destination

Yingling is the best FBO I have ever utilized, the service is second to none. Throughout the last week I have flown in several times. Each time I was greeted by a friendly line serviceman who asked what services I would need and then made sure they were taken care of (shout out to Scott, you were awesome and very helpful!). The atmosphere inside the FBO is very welcoming and they strive to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your time with them. Rachael the CSR who was working the mornings I flew in did an amazing job and probably one of the CSR's I have ever worked with, she will brighten your day!
