Well, we dropped a couple passengers off on Friday and picked them back up on Sunday. On Friday we were advised there would be no handling fee, which made sense because they never touched the aircraft. We came back Sunday and the handling fee for a single engine Mooney was $34.00, again they never touched the aircraft. This is the kind of FBO that does not help to promote general Aviation. Prior to flying in I checked AirNav like I normally do. There were No comments. I guess the old saying "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all" comes to mind. The line crew seemed friendly although we didn't require any service. I would say if possible avoid this FBO. Response from Blaise Sharkey, Station Manager, Signature Flight Support
Mr. Farrone, I am sorry that you feel you were not treated well at our facility. We always strive to make sure everyone using our facility feels that they would be happy to return. Please stop in and see me on your next trip so I can apologize in person.
