I had great service from SCA during a visit last month. After flying through bug-ridden Ohio & Indiana, the lineman must've taken pity on me, as he started cleaning my windshield before I even got out of the plane! They were also very helpful in making it possible for us to leave a car we borrowed (from a friend) at the airport for our friend to pickup later.

Great stop. Went for a Brewers game. Easy in and out. Line staff and CSR were outstanding. Controllers were great. You gotta try Ally's Bistro. Excellent food. Thank you!

Was disappointed to find out that they had a ramp fee the hard way. When I offered to leave immediately, the lady at the front desk said they'd track my N-number and send me a bill anyway. So I walked 3/4 miles to the restaurant in 30-degree temps. A courtesy car would have been nice. Another friendly GA experience. I won't be back.

We do have ramp fees ($10.00 for single-engine airplanes) to help provide facilities and services to transient aircraft and pilots. In addition, we do have two courtesy cars, which we are happy to lend out to pilots; I apologize if they were both in use at the time of your visit.
