Older gentleman took an extremely long time to fuel our Piper Aztec. Woman behind the desk seemed as if she did not know what she was doing. She messed up my fuel receipt and it did not even show how many gallons the aircraft took. They were nice enough to waive the landing fee. Several line techs standing around doing nothing and just laughing. Had a similar experience at a different Rectrix, will be sure to avoid this FBO.
