This was my first full visit to TMK. Previously it was just a fuel stop, never leaving the airport. The "terminal" building is well maintained and large. The crew cars are still there, but "the honor system" is not understood by some pilots who take the cars without filling out the check out and then stay out for much more than the max 4 hours. Which leads to my new endorsement for Laura Schmidt with Oregon Coast Tours, who provided transportation for us on short notice (503-801-0831).

Perfect...Thanks to George. George manages the airport Unicom. George was helpful with information about the area, the courtesy car and lodging. Camping is available at the airport. The office with restrooms and lounge area are available 24 hours. The fuel price when we were there was the least expensive 100LL south of Astoria.
