This is a great FBO. Brandon took outstanding care of me. I am not sure why others are complaining about the price of fuel because TRI, AVL, and GCY were all much higher. Be sure to check the hours of operation during the winter because they close around 5:00pm.

Erika and the rest of the ground staff are some of the best I have ever met. But the fuel prices are much higher than any of the surrounding airports. After spending a weekend there for a fly in 80 cents a gallon added up to a quite a bit of cash by the end of the week end.

Again, visited 0A9 and was treated great by Erika, Branden and crew. The only complaint I have is that the price of 100LL is unbelievably high! This was even more difficult to swallow when these prices were levied upon all of us who flew into the Elizabethton Airport for a weekend flyin! The price of fuel will drive people away from this airport, despite excellent services provided by Erika and crew.

What a breath of fresh air flying into Elizabethton. Erica has a way with helping people feel special. Every contact she was very helpful in making my stop a wonderful trip. You should go out of your way to come to this FBO. They sure go out of their way to make you feel special. Wouldn't it be great if everywhere you went people were this friendly. Branden was very attentive to some hostile weather approaching and called to offer to put the plane in a hangar. I will go out of my way to visit again. Kind of like in "Back To The Future" when the gas station guy runs out to wait on Their Customer.

I wanted to write a very special report on the FBO at Elizabethton - but I first read all the other write ups. It seems like my special report will just be standard for this operation. This is a great FBO - I fly into about 7 or 8 airports a week. I have been coming down to 0A9 for several years - this is BY FAR THE BEST FBO that I deal with. Everyone from Dan, the manager, Erika to Brandon, Matt and Sam are fantastic. They are attentive, courteous and professional. When I rent a car - it is on the ramp (10 feet from the plane) waiting for me - the line guys stay with you and help move your bags - if I want a car - they make the calls and have it waiting. I would like to go on but I think it might take up the page - THIS IS A CLASS OPERATION!!!!!!!!!

Returned for another visit, and Wow the service was great. Erica is delightful, courteous and well-organized. The line crew was careful and thorough. In the face of a large gathering of super cubs, our fueling needs were met with innovation and customer care clearly in mind, from Erica and the line crew all the way to the manager. Can't say too many good things about them.

The FBO is fantastic. All the employees are nice and friendly and do their best. They are excellent at fueling my cub with the tanks in the wings! I look forward to seeing them every time I'm in the eastern Tennessee area.

An excellent FBO! Very accommodating, friendly, courteous staff. It was a pleasure to spend time there. Car rental via Enterprise went without a hitch. If you have a few extra minutes, ask to see the WINGS air rescue facilities...Very professional, interesting tour.

Folks if you're in the area do yourself a favor and drop in to 0A9 for any of your en-route needs. From the airport manager, to the "little girl" behind the counter, to the guys out working the ramp, everyone was quick with a smile, polite, attentive and very professional. The FBO and bathrooms are absolutely spotless, with internet access, WSI weather, crew car, competitive fuel prices, Elizabethton is hard to beat. There's even a couple of big screen TV's for the kids, (big and small) and food available right across the street within easy walking distance. If you're just looking to wait out some weather or just want to take a break or need some fuel, Elizabethton is my first choice when I'm in the area.

The staff at Elizabethton was extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of service. Clean FBO, great service, and friendly people. Left an airplane for a week due to terrible winter storm. No problem. The 0A9 crew took great care of it. In my opinion. Skip others...And their "landing fee"...I will use 0A9 instead. Thanks for the great service!
