Landed for fuel and got weathered in. Mickey Parker the airport manager was very helpful not only getting us around town but also stored our plane in his hangar. Received lots of history about Atmore. The place to stay is at Muskogee Hotel. Reasonable and great service. DO NOT GO TO the DAYS INN, it was horrible. If you had to get stuck anywhere this is the place to be. Mickey and the airport put this airport as a keeper for sure.

Worked fabulously as a fuel stop coming out of Florida going back to Texas. Fuel was supposed to be self serve, but received excellent service from the gentleman there, I suppose his name was Mickey...

I had to divert to Atmore with a clogged fuel injector nozzle. Mickey drove out and let me use his air compressor. Much appreciated!

Great place to stop for fuel. Mickey is great and will help you anyway he can to make your visit a pleasant one. I had to stay for a few days and found Mickey to be very helpful. I would definitely recommend a stop in Atmore, AL. Thanks Mickey.
