Great grassroots airport to teach at 30 years ago and continues to be one of the best to visit in the Country. Keep up the great, friendly GA aviation tradition and experience.

One of the few airports with a runway that's shorter than my home field. The final approach, from either end, is a great sight. Just don't mess up your short field landing technique! Last time here, we got stuck in the grass while transient parked for just a few minutes - the friendly staff and helped us push the plane back onto the taxiway.

Flew into Andover with an EIGHT-ship formation from the KEYSTONE FLIGHT of Central PA. We came here just to see it based on all the rave reviews, and the field exceeds expectations. Very well maintained - one of the better airports we've been to in the entire northeast. Not everyone here uses radios, as there are a few antiques flying there, so be extra-aware in the pattern. Very nice gent on UNICOM helping our formation - thanks Andover!
