From Jim Crandell on 20-Jan-2007: New tie downs added for the permenent residents, leaving lots more open transient spaces for visiting the restaurant.
From Leland Collins on 27-May-2006: Skip the restaurant on the field. Instead walk three blocks due north, after jogging around the airport fence, and go to the Sunnyrose sandwich/pasta/coffee stand. They bake their own bread, the food is good and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is they close around 3:00 PM most days. When landing, announce your presence and lookout for parachutists attempting to land on the south side of the field. Their jump plane may be using either runway in either direction.
From Bill Foster on 06-Dec-2005: I flew in for lunch. This was my second visit. The first was not good. Poor service, sparse menu. I decided to try again after reading positive comments on AirNav. It was terrible. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and I was not welcome. They were cleaning up for closing and were not looking for another customer. I took the hint, I left and I will not be back.
From Tony Calvillo on 12-Oct-2005: Best salad ever go with the Sunshine Salad. Great food and service at very reasonable price. Within a few yards of the tie down. Enjoy.
