Visited Kentmorr airport and Restaurant on 14 Oct with a formation of light airplanes excellent flying/dining location! Grass strip with friendly folks, superb restaurant within walking distance, and magnificent views of the Bay. The only "gotcha" in this area is the proliferation of frequent TFR's for VIP's and sporting events - make sure you have a very current FSS brief before going in, as things change with very little notice. Also, it's wise to consult 3W3's airport website for procedures prior to the flight - this is very helpful as the west end of the airport is only 1.6 miles from the DC ADIZ. Highly recommend this location. MM

Kentmorr is no longer under the evil DC ADIZ! Fly in to this beautiful residential airpark that is open to the public and enjoy lunch at the Kentmorr Restaurant and Crab House - 410-643-2263. Park at the west end of the field and walk over. Enjoy!

The turf runway was a real pleasure to smooch with our wheels, when we stopped by today in our C182G! Kentmorr Restaurant was busy, but service and food 1st class. Highly recommend 3W3.

We have been there many times over the past 35 years and still believe the Kentmorr Restaurant has the best crab cakes and seafood on the Eastern Shore. Besides, the setting and service is wonderful.

Flew into Kentmorr over Labor Day to find a newly mowed strip, and short walk to the Kentmorr Restaurant. Great menu, great staff, great food, and only 5 min walk from the tie down.

Flew in to Kentmorr with 5 Citabrias and an RV-4. Easy in and out of the ADIZ without having to file or talk to anybody (see AOPA) and a great place to visit. There's a beautiful Airpark Community with a marina and a great restaurant. The food, service and hospitality were all great!! Don't let the ADIZ scare you away from this worthwhile stop on a beautiful grass strip (more than smooth enough for tricycle gear, too).
