Cannot begin to tell you how great these people are! Great service and they go way beyond the call of duty! Thank you Barry and Wes for all the help without which I would have been sitting in Fort Payne, (a great place to be) instead of being on my way on my trip to Maine! And thanks to all the local airport "bums" that came to my rescue! Always make Fort Payne a planned stop. You won't be disappointed!

Picked up an AngelFlight patient and his Mom to take to Manassas, VA, in my Bonanza. I love the hometown feeling you get when you fly into a small Southern airport. Always a very friendly and courteous experience. Finding the runway is a bit of a problem until you get over the mountain ridges. Then I-59 pops out and right next to it is Rwy 4-22 of Ft. Payne Isbell Field. Several rotorcraft work out of there, so watch out.
