I stop regularly for fuel. Sunday am, May 6, 2012, the fuel pump was inoperative. It read, "communicating with the system computer. Will return to service shortly" I waited approx. 40 minutes unable to reset terminal. I reported the problem to the city manager's secretary. No word on restoration of service.

I followed the advice of the previous post and found the avgas price very competitive at $4.50 as advertised. Very picturesque airport lined with hills and trees. It was a great stop for me in the Lancair after a long bumpy flight. The runway is long and in good condition and the ramp and fuel is in great shape. I was the only airplane visible. The lounge was accessible with a washroom and kitchen but there were no drinks or vending machines. I would have definitely enjoyed something that day. Otherwise a great stop, I will return.

Nice rural Airport. Large new cables for tie down but you will need your own ropes to tie to the cables. Chicks present. Excellent runway and ramp surface. The airport isn't manned but the city offices answer when you call the airport number and were very helpful. Mike, the owner of the Best Western Inn (5mi in town) picked us up at the airport, offered us his car to go to dinner, and has a very nice reasonably priced hotel. Fuel per self-serve was $4.50 per gallon. Great place to stop for fuel and or overnight.
