It was actually in 2007 that I called the Oregon Department of Aviation to inquire about fueling at Mulino. The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, but said that a self-serve pump at Mulino was in the planning stages, but not yet in place. That was 2007. Today Mulino has a self-serve, and is a nice out-of-the-way airport for getting to Portland and staying clear of the Class C at PDX. Go see 'em!
