This place would make one of my top 5 all-time favorite cross-country fuel stops if it had Verizon cell service (couldn't hear me now), a bathroom, and a soda machine! I learned that construction was ongoing and a bathroom would be available soon (there is currently a porta-potty over by the construction area), as well as a new large hangar. Fuel was cheap (hope it stays this way!), airport relatively quiet, and quite easy to get into and out of. Stopped here twice within a 4-day period. Clarksburg approach couldn't find our filed clearances either day but was willing to punch one in for us without too much hassle.
