Runway is shot. However I flew in for a fly-in and blew a tire. Alan a local a&p was there and gave me a spare tire he had and fixed my plane. He did not been ask for anything in return. Charlie a local cfi even volunteers to give me a confidence booster and a few trips around the pattern for no charge. All this to say that the airport itself has a lot of problems but the people that inhabit it are the best people you will ever meet. I am very fortunate ton have run into them. Thank you guys, I will never forget your hospitality.

Runway is in extremely poor condition - Large cracks to the point where the locals have to fix wheel pants & brakets. Owner’s response to these issues has been "If you don't like it leave..." Fuel is only available if owner at airport. Same for repair work. If you need repairs, be sure to get a written quote and time frame, as there are those whom have had problems with both....

Unfortunately the oil companies are adding ethanol further upstream in the distribution process so mogas for aviation use is no longer available in the area. It would have to be shipped from Canada making it too expensive.
