Stopped in for fuel and was immediately met by Edna, who helped me fill up. You will need help reading the pump if you only want a certain amount, but they are in the process of replacing the pump, fuel was 4.05. Edna was quick to offer the airport van for a ride to town and some lunch. I loved the approach over town, this airport sits up on a hilltop and is very scenic to come into. Very nice, we'll be back.

I lost an engine last week at 10,000 feet above this field. The lights worked perfect and so did my other engine as I landed at 1:30 AM. Thanks to a 24 hr access code I spent the rest of the night in a very accommodating FBO. The next day they found me a mechanic and the owner flew me over to the nearest town for a hotel and gave me a car. Impossible to have been more accommodating. He indicated they are installing a new fuel station - this will be my regular stop over on my way to FL. THANK YOU Again for making a very unpleasant event - memorable.

What a great stop! Stopped in for an Angel Flight and was met on the Unicom by the airport owner who asked if I needed fuel. This was on a Sunday morning early! Very nice terminal/ Office with screaming fast Internet. I will certainly be back if I get the chance!
