I was a little weary at first of pulling up to a Signature FBO in a Cessna 172 but the service was great. They made us park kind of far back but the guy gave us a ride to and from the FBO. Very nice facilities and quick service. We were flying down to tour the tower for our ATC class and they even gave us a ride to the tower. Great place and nice people.

Flew in last night to go to the Texas/Arkansas game. Met us at the ramp to see if we needed anything. Topped off our SR22 so ramp fee was waived. They offered to get us a rental car but things were slow there so when we told them we were going to the game, they let us use the crew car. Awesome experience. Will use them next time I'm in Austin.

Wonderful facility and staff. Met at the plane, rental car brought to aircraft to load luggage. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Plane ready at set time for departure. Fuel expensive but service excellent. Look forward to a return trip.

Arrived in my Comanche for UT football game. I had called ahead and requested at cab at a specific time. Arrived 10 minutes prior to cab time...Waited and no cab. Desk personnel continued to call Cab Company repeatedly, all to no avail. Virginia at front desk was getting off work and volunteered to take my 7-year-old grandson and myself to stadium. We arrived quickly and in plenty of time for game. How do you beat service like that???!!! Very friendly and helpful line crew also. Yes, I will return.

For all you pilots that get to choose where you go...Signature, although kind and courteous, have 3 recliners, 2 of which work, one is in the "sleep room". You would think they would take that $210 ramp fee (king air) and buy a new chair. A chair that didn't sound like a thunderstorm every time you moved your finger. Choose Atlantic, by no means is it updated, but at least there are comfortable chairs to sit in all day.

I've have based our Corporate Citations with Signature Flight Support in Austin for a few years now and would highly recommend anyone to do business with Signature anywhere!! Their customer service team can't be beat and the line guys are the best around!! When our planes are out on the road, we use Signature anytime we can and I have yet to come across a bad experience. I have also based my personal airplane (a turbo arrow) at Signature and I have found that it does not matter whether I pull up in my Arrow or in one of our jets, the level of service provided is top notch!! I would highly recommend Signature over ANY other FBO!!

Signatures $168 ramp holding fee is way out of line. I purchased fuel for my Cessna 414 and along with the ramp fee was also charged a parking fee of $29, which added to the fuel bill came to over $600. I get it..... You don't want my business

Called ahead to arrange overnight hangar, fuel, and rental car. Very friendly staff arranged everything for us in advance. Marshaled in by friendly lineman. Car was on the ramp within minutes of shutdown. Fueled and put to bed in the hangar within 30-minutes of shutdown. Very helpful upon our return and allowed us to depart from the hangar. Signature continues to provide consistent service, regardless of the destination.

I just can't understand why when there's a parking spot that’s close to the door we're always parked so far we need a golf cart to get us to the door. Signature should have a large sign that says WE DON'T WANT ANY PISTON AIRLPLANE ON OUR JET RAMP SO GO ELSEWHERE AND DON'T BOTHER US!!!!!!!

Flew into Signature for an overnight stay 12-23-09. Met by a friendly line guy who let our friend pull his car up to the plane to unload bags. The next day, the wind was howling at 35 knots across the runway. No GA aircraft were moving, and in fact an American Airlines MD80 clipped a wingtip on landing there that day! My family and I hung out in the Signature facility for a couple of hours watching the wind. The Signature staff was very friendly and tolerant of the children running around and jabbering about getting home to San Angelo for Christmas. Finally, the wind laid a little. The guys helped me load all our Christmas stuff into the luggage space in our SR22 while it was in the hangar out of the wind. Then they let me preflight and load all my family inside safely out of the wind before they towed us out to the line for our cold weather start. All the while they were very helpful despite having to work on a cold, windy Christmas Eve.

I had an opportunity to fly 2 A-10s into AUS. I've been to AUS before in my Mooney, and I've always gone to and been very pleased with Atlantic. (Atlantic does not have government fuel.) When I called Signature, I asked about fees and was told me that it would be $30 / day per jet. I then told her that my command does not allow fees, and if that she didn't waive it, I would have to go to a different airport. (I thought this reasonable as we were to buy ~20, 000lbs of gas.) I was forwarded to the manager's voice mail. After he did not respond, I called back the next day. Again I was put on hold and then told in labored voice that "We have a parking fee, and we will waive it only this time. We will not do this again." In addition, I didn't find anything other than average service anywhere in the operation while there. I will obviously never be using Austin again for my military operations and will continue to use Atlantic for my civilian flying.

Stopped at Signature KAUS for a 5-night stay. Very nice woman made car arrangements and hangar reservation in advance. Same woman met us at the plane when we landed. She even helped load the bags into the rental car. Top-notch service. Fuel was a little pricey, but service was exceptional -- always a priority to my family.

We have always been pleased with the service at AUS. Stopped at Signature Flight Support and was shocked to find that Marsha is no longer working line service. She is without exception the BEST Consistent line service person in AUS, possibly the US. What a waste of talent and ability to have her parked behind the counter. We frequent AUS several times per week and Marsha always has everything ready planeside. Yesterday I had average service and had to shuttle back and forth from the aircraft to the terminal to get everything ready. Marsha always has everything ready when we arrive! David L. I arrived at Signature on March 22, 2009 in need of a quick turn. While the line personnel were both courteous and quick to respond, I think Signature's policy of charging a $200 ramp fee for a King Air when purchasing fuel is beyond ridiculous.

I arrived IFR in my A36 on a cold, rainy, and windy night. Staff was courteous and went beyond expectations to assist with unloading and transport to the pax terminal for a rental car. Their hot chocolate hit the spot.
