After reading the reviews, I picked Pacific. Real nice people. Asked several times if I needed anything, and in a friendly way, not out of obligation. When I asked about nearby food, I was offered the car without hesitation. I also got a pickup from the BART that was very helpful. Oddly, fuel was well price, better than my home airport, so I did not mind filling the tanks before leaving. My best rating is that I would come again when I am going to the bay area.

PSA- is one of the best GA friendly FBO's out there and they are a great corporate FBO. I have been in many different planes from a motorglider to a Citation Ultra and their service is always the same. There fuel price is good/they have a great crew car.

Staff member was able to give ride to Concord BART station on short notice. Field appeared well secured and controllers were friendly and professional.

I flew my C182 here to fuel and pick up a passenger. Again, Pacific States did a great job and I recommend them Highly.

On Sat 9/5, my wife & I flew to CCR, hangared our plane with PSA and borrowed its crew car. During our stay, we were carjacked. I suffered broken wrists & head wounds, and my wife spent 8 days in ICU and 12 days in hospital. The PSA folks were our main support the whole time. They came to the ER with flowers Sat night. On Sun they rented, paid for, and delivered a rental car to the hospital for me. They paid for my hotel, waived fuel/hangar fees, waxed our plane, talked with me daily and then drove us 1.5 hours to a commercial flight home. All because "it was the right thing to do." PSA's generosity and kindness lifted a heavy burden from us. They cared. Words cannot describe how much they opened their hearts to us and helped us feel we weren't alone. We are deeply grateful for all Greg, Shari, Jenifer, Marcia and the line guys did for us. Please give PSA your business. They represent the best in aviation and the best in human beings. And tell them Bryan and Shannon still think of them and thank them every day.

I attended the BPPP program this past weekend at CCR. I just wanted to mention the excellent level of service that was provided at Pacific States Aviation. As a pilot I have flown across the US and frequently all over the west. As an attorney for an airport, I have had extensive dealings with FBO's. Pacific States is one of the most professional. The staff are well trained, courteous, and simply a pleasure to meet on the ramp. Brent particularly impressed me. He is a bright young man with a quick smile and a conscientious manner. We had numerous time critical fueling and other ramp needs. He was always there for us. I look forward to seeing you next year at the BPPP.

PSA did a very nice job handling line service for over 60 Beech Bonanza and Baron aircraft during a training seminar over the weekend. Refueling was prompt and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them the next time I'm at Concord.

Nice customer service. Helped locating my passenger’s rental car. Lobby has wireless Internet and they offered a crew car for lunch. Best ramp on the airport for larger aircraft.
