I attended the BPPP program this past weekend at CCR. I just wanted to mention the excellent level of service that was provided at Pacific States Aviation. As a pilot I have flown across the US and frequently all over the west. As an attorney for an airport, I have had extensive dealings with FBO's. Pacific States is one of the most professional. The staff are well trained, courteous, and simply a pleasure to meet on the ramp. Brent particularly impressed me. He is a bright young man with a quick smile and a conscientious manner. We had numerous time critical fueling and other ramp needs. He was always there for us. I look forward to seeing you next year at the BPPP.

PSA did a very nice job handling line service for over 60 Beech Bonanza and Baron aircraft during a training seminar over the weekend. Refueling was prompt and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them the next time I'm at Concord.

Nice customer service. Helped locating my passenger’s rental car. Lobby has wireless Internet and they offered a crew car for lunch. Best ramp on the airport for larger aircraft.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Pacific States Aviation. They handled all the paperwork for our rental car, and the car was brought to our plane for easy loading. In addition, when I got home from the trip, there was a fax from Pacific States Aviation stating that they found my sunglasses. I received them 2 days later.

My FBO of choice when in Concord is PSA. Friendly line service and very helpful in taking care of my passengers needs. Always have the vehicles on the ramp when we arrive, if I remember to contact them a few miles out! Jennifer, Marcie, and Sheri (sp?) are great in the front office. Nice to talk to, also! If you're heading to the bay area, I highly recommend stopping at PSA.

Friendly and fast line service, less expensive fuel than next-door, free overnight tie down for my 10 gals of 100LL. All very pleasant, and certainly works for my Skipper and me.

Great service! They had my rental car parked next to my plane before I had gotten out of the airplane. They made me feel like I had a jet even though I had a single. I will visit again the next time into CCR.

6/25/08 we arrived at P.S.A. And were greeted by very friendly line staff. Spoke to Jennifer inside the office that went out of her way to provide a crew car as promised. We took advantage and ordered a part for a vintage airplane from Mike the parts manager. Professional and friendly very timely. I would recommend a stop at P.S.A. For service or just to say high to a wonderful bunch of people. We will be back.

I've always received the same friendly, professional service with no fuel purchase to over 2500 gal. CE206, CE750, DA900, CL30, CE680. It's always a nice place to go back to.

Friendly, helpful staff both on the line and in the office. They loaned a crew car. Nicely equipped lounge with a flat screen TV. Will definitely be back!

We used to fly into Oakland to visit San Francisco. We won't be back there. Pacific States was super. There was someone to meet and park us, brought our rental car to the plane and the fuel is $1.00-$2.00/gal cheaper than in OAK. Pacific States acts like they really want you here unlike our experiences in OAK. Maybe our C-340 isn't large enough for the FBO's in OAK. Concord only takes about 10 minutes (if even that) more to drive to San Francisco versus Oakland and definitely worth it. We'll be back here for sure.

Great service and professional staff. I came in this morning after visiting with friends to depart back to Sacramento, ice all over the aircraft and I decided to allow it to thaw it out. I asked where I should walk to eat and they loaned me a crew car and gave me directions to a great coffee shop, The Giant Chef.

I only stopped to pick up/drop off a passenger. With no fuel purchase or any other services the staff were really friendly and helpful. They allowed my passenger to park her car overnight and welcomed her while she was waiting for me to arrive. Very friendly service.
