Great place to spend a fall Saturday. My wife and I landed and pre-arranged a ride with the Greater Lapeer Transportation Authority (they recommend 24 hours notice).. The ride was $3.00/person each way and they were right on time. We took the bus to the Past Tense Cider Mill where they have a restaurant, apples, pumpkins, live music, hay rides, games for the kids and a small store with ice cream. When we returned to the FBO, everyone was extremely nice and helpful with a small inventory of basic pilot supplies.
