Stopped here for fuel on November 7. The FBO's 100LL tank ran dry after I had pumped 32 gal into one wing. I flew to Wink and topped off and continued on to Florida. Transients should call to confirm the availability of fuel before landing there. Nice manager and good facilities, but those things really don't count much if your reason for stopping was filling your aircraft for a 900 nm flight; hence the poor rating.

Kermit stayed late for our arrival as we ferried a C177 across the country. Gave us a courtesy car for the night and was very helpful. Fuel pump is NOT self serve and he needs to be there to turn it on. However, he is available after hours and lives close to the field. Fuel is priced well and facilities are dated but nice. Watch out for hotel availability due to oil field workers moving into town.

Nice little airport and Kermit is really helpful. The card reader for fuel is NOT a credit card reader. It's a card lock system and Kermit needs to start the pump for you, and then run your credit card in the office. A good small town airport.

Kermit Steria was very friendly and helpful. Offered the airport car for the night as well. Great small town airport. Said he'll come out after hours to fuel for no fee. Lives near the airport.

Stop for fuel for my Cessna 150 on my trip from CA to TX- nice airport, clean and fuel ready. Will stop again on my way back to CA.

As a student pilot from the area, Kermit and the people there always make you feel at home. If Kermit is not around Henry, Mike or Debbie will be glad to assist you. Definitely the place to be if you want to avoid the busyness of Midland or Odessa; Monahan’s is your stop!! The courtesy car is always available and if not they'll give you a ride. Great folks, and very clean and relaxing facilities, which is always nice. I have been in many times after 9 PM and there’s always someone to help you. I would recommend making this your stop if you're in the area!!

I've landed here several times in the past 4 years and was here again last month. Hotter than blue blazes but Monahan’s is always a cool place to gas up at and even though I fly a humble single engine Cessna, Kermit makes you feel you are gassing up a G4... Always great service. SPOTLESS rest rooms, no FOD, just hotter than Hades in August, but hey, this is West Texas.
