In over 20 years of flying, I have never received better service than I received from Jody and Magnum Aviation. She took a personal interest to ensure that our visit to the Frys golf tournament went smoothly and stress free after a very disappointing failure to perform by Hertz Car rental of Gilroy nearly ruined our trip... She got all the information about the free shuttle and even drove us to the lot!!

The best possible service! After being delayed departing AZ, Jody offered to get the car rental straightened out for me and then offered to come back to the airport for me, a total stranger, an hour and a half after they closed to do the paperwork. FANTASTIC! If only everyone took ownership of customer care to heart as Jody does! The airport itself is very nice as is the wide open approach path. This is THE place to put down when visiting Silicon Valley. And yes, the good sushi is on West Main!

I flew in San Martin for 3 days and ended up having to come back due to a dirty magneto. The people at Magnum took really good care of me and my plane and got me back into action. A lot of thanks to Jody running the front desk for the extra effort getting me some help.

Another great experience with the fine folks at Magnum Aviation. We fly in regularly to visit San Jose, and they make a rental car and quick turn an absolute joy. Thanks for the great service!

Flew In to E16 on 8/22. The self service pumps worked fine, when we left Sunday AM, no one was there, which meant no bathroom was available. We did not have far to go but if we were scheduled for a long trip, I'd have been looking for a tree.
