		Great little FBO and great fuel prices. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Crew car could still use A/C.

		Stopped to check out Alpine on 2-26-11. Nice terminal building with clean restrooms. Friendly staff and reasonable SS fuel. When leaving they were having an active airport board meeting and it was well attended. It was nice to see some active involvement in a small community airport.

		Flew in for fuel on the way to Lajitas. Friendly people. Easy access to fuel and restrooms. We were first to arrive (flight of 5 Grumman’s) with a rescue Border Collie traveling to Clint, Texas. Everyone greeted you with a smile and Howdy. Typical West Texas hospitality.

		X-Country from Jackson, MS to Alpine to watch a college football game. Johnny at Alpine was "Johnny on the spot." There to help with fueling if you desired "Assisted Fueling." Had the rental car information there and ready for me to review and sign. Gave good information about our Sunday a.M. Departure when the airport would be unattended. Thank you, Johnny. I had called ahead to Alpine Auto Rental and gotten a car for $35.95 a day + 10c a mile. The car was waiting for my late Friday p.M. Arrival. Early Sunday, even though the airport was closed, there is an outside door to the bathrooms. Great stop.

		Stopped in today, nice airport, crew car could use an air conditioner, everyone was very helpful.
