Well, most of the posters have already said enough good things about these guys that I'd only be repeating them. I'll just add that I've never had a Customer Service Agent (Jessica) not depart our CJ2 after our arrival until absolutely everything was done and we assured her that we could find our own way off the ramp. Maps, directions, crew car, bags loaded, coffee, papers ice etc. Etc. All taken care of with efficiency and more importantly, personality. I'll also note that Customer Service Mgr. Holley also greeted us on arrival with real warmth and again came out to send us off three days later. We'll be back!

Stopped at Texas Jet for a day trip to Ft. Worth. Despite the fact that the DA-20 I was flying was parked between two King Airs which certainly bought more fuel than I did, I was given a red carpet welcome. Prompt, courteous and friendly service makes Texas Jet an FBO I'll use again when in the Ft. Worth area.

Today, as always, Texas Jet supplied the superior service which has it recognized again and again as a top notch FBO. From prompt and knowledgeable line service to the friendly and helpful customer service reps (thanks Amanda!) you can always be sure you'll have the best care for your plane and crew/passengers. (Loved that TJ Turtle was escaping the koi pond to greet customers today ;)

I was in Ft Worth last week and used the services of TJ once again for my quick stop visit. The line crew and CSR had the red carpet rolled out (literally), the fuel order taken care of, and brought the crew car up to the plane (with engine and air conditioner running) almost before the gyros in the plane had time to wind down. No wonder this outfit is consistently voted at the top of the list for outstanding service.

Guess I'm not the first to say it, but these guys and gals are amazing. I've visited hundreds of airports and the service at TJ is the best. Maybe not the cheapest fuel, but if you or your passengers want top notch service, this is the place. Also arranged for a detail on the plane while there, did a great job.

Wow. What a great experience. From the line guys polishing my radome to the CSR's handing out Texas Jet shirts to the crew. Nothing was overlooked by this outstanding crew. Can't wait to get back!

We arrived late on 4/27/11 to find our rental cars pulled up and waiting. Texas Jet actually called me earlier in the day to confirm our arrival. Great line, front counter and 3rd party aircraft cleaning services. It's quite refreshing to see someone still provides service at this level. Great job. We'll be back.

Once again, as I am filling out the 2011 Pro Pilot PRASE survey, I am happy to nominate Texas Jet and its employees as our favorite FBO. It's easy to have nice facilities, but employees with "can do" attitudes make the difference, and Texas Jet has always been far superior to any other FBO in this regard. You'll be happy you chose TX Jet for a destination. We would especially like to recognize Cindy, Stacy, and Amanda at the desk, and Daniel Houston on the line. These employees are stars, and they treat the business as if it were their own!

TJ makes life easy for the professional pilot. I'm trying to figure out how to get an extra hour's sleep (0330 instead of 0230). I have a 0615 out of FTW. I call and ask for a repo and inquire about fees. I'm told a little gas waives everything, and do I want a car? My wife loves not having to deliver me at 0500. Ask and Ye shall receive. Love y'all!!!

As an update to my posting a year ago I must say that giving this FBO a second chance was the best decision I've made at this airport. Yes, there are other cheaper options (that I must admit I haven't tried) but nothing can compare to the service at Texas Jet. If there is a problem you can rest assured that they will take care of it. Can't say enough about Holly, Cindy, Jessica and the list goes on! You get what you pay for (and MORE) here!

Complimentary cookies and bottled water. Beautiful facility. Was there for two nights. Only charged for one nights hangar and got a discount on fuel. Needed oil at departure and was put in engine gratis. More expensive fuel but my wife and I thought the service was worth it.

I fly a Mooney and often park at Texas Jet. Even though I can't take on much fuel, I am always treated like I purchased much more. These folks have the customer service thing figured out...their fuel is a bit more expensive than other FBOs, but they make up for it by providing great service.

Parked my bonanza there early this week for two days. The service was outstanding. They booked a hotel for me and treated me like their other pilots, which mostly were flying jets. Great service and FBO!!!!! I fly to numerous airports in the OK, TX and NM area and, in my experience this is the best FBO!

I can only agree this is one of the finest FBO's in the country. The lineman knew how to chock and tow a Cirrus and even put a wheel pant cover over the front pant. The courtesy and efficiency of the office staff was outstanding. The offered the use of a crew car instead of renting one was an unexpected bonus. When I go to Fort Worth/Dallas again they get my business.

Texas Jet is easily the best FBO that we ever use. We stayed overnight in Fort Worth this past weekend, parked at Texas Jet. I called ahead, and they had a complimentary crew car waiting for us to use for the weekend. We have used Texas Jet many times before, and each time we are impressed all over again at how easy they make our trip and how friendly their staff is. We fly a PA32 (Saratoga), and rarely need more than 35 gallons to fill. They treat us just like the big guys in the jets.

I used this FBO several times as it's close to my office in Texas. Nice facility. Fuel is a little high and the nose wheel fender on my 182 has been scratched twice from the tractor they use to park the planes.

Stopped in on 29th of June to leave 414 for service @ another facility. Cindy was so kind and let us use a crew car instead of having to rent one. Left FTW on Tues am. Got them to top off 414. If you want Kindness and service stop @ Texas Jet--A+

I have been to most of the top 10 FBO's on the Praise and other surveys, I have always had to think a little while answering all the questions on those surveys. This year I will not have to think at all. Good would be such a lack of credit, Superior might be closer to describing how this FBO is run and all the help from people that love their jobs even during driving rain's. GREAT job keep up the good work!

What an outstanding experience Texas Jet provided to me during my first trip to Ft. Worth. I chuckled a little when the red carpet was placed outside my door when I shut down my 62 C210. I was met with a super friendly staff, including Sara the line gal, the use of their crew car and even a chili recipe. Thanks for the hospitality, I'll be back.
