Had a terrific experience at Texas Jet on 4/28. Flew in, in my Cherokee, landed about 10 minutes early. Lineman was on the ramp ushering me to a parking spot and laid out a red carpet. There was a taxi already waiting for me as I had requested. I went inside to the beautiful facilities and had a donut and coffee and requested a top-off. When I returned later that evening, they provided a courtesy car for dinner, the plane was properly fueled, and there were protective cones around all points of the plane. The lineman was eager to help me load, start up and taxi out. Will definitely be back to Texas Jet!

Excellent service. They are worth the extra cost of fuel and hangar space. If service is important to you and your clients, there is no one else on the field that even comes close to matching Texas Jet.

Arrived at FTW on 10/23/07 early A.M. had been concerned about the time it would take getting my passenger his rental car and off to his business meeting because of higher headwinds than forecasted. Upon opening the cabin door, Texas Jet was there with my passenger’s rental car and paperwork. I was thrilled! Inside the FBO, customer service was just as exceptional, from line service, crew car, to the customer service people behind the desk. I have been there a few times over the past 3 years, and I always look forward to coming back. And, I like the basket of apples in the lobby too. Thanks Texas Jet, you help make things a smoother operation.

We flew in a Bonanza, landed in the rain and were greeted with an umbrella and help unloading. I called ahead and tried to rent a car but they insisted on using their courtesy car. Planned on leaving two days later but stayed three. They told me to keep the car, not a problem. I could not believe it. I did not need fuel so I spent what would have been my rental car money on fuel and did not mind a bit. Top notch service even though I was the smallest plane by a long shot. Fuel higher than I am used to but par for the DFW metro area. Will definitely come again.

The BEST FBO I have ever visited. Texas Jet excels from every perspective: friendly, competent line staff; helpful and knowledgeable front desk; on-site car rental; beautiful and clean facility; and even lemonade, iced tea, and Gatorade on tap! I have used this FBO a number of times and although I fly a lowly piston single, I get the same excellent service as the jets.

I fly into many places for work and, as a pilot; I can say that Texas Jet is one of the best FBOs out there. They don't care if you are in a Mooney or a Lear 40. Corp pilots, tell your pax that's the place. If they are there for 24 hrs, you will more than likely get a crew car!

A great FBO experience and the cheapest fuel prices in the Ft. Worth metropolitan area. You can even print off a 25 cent per gallon discount coupon to use that they provide a link to, off of AirNav.Com. I received the red-carpet treatment in my Cessna 182 right along with the large corporate aircraft on the ramp. When I pulled onto the ramp, they were there to tell me where to park and they pulled my Hertz rental car right up to the plane. Call the FBO to reserve the car. I had a brand new Ford Taurus equipped with GPS, which came in very handy. The price was right too. Only about $65.00 per day. They do not charge any ramp fees as long as you purchase fuel. I would highly recommend this FBO to anybody going to the Ft. Worth area. Very easy in and easy out.

Back to Texas Jet today. It looks like TJ has a lot of new competition on the field. We will however remain loyal to Texas Jet. They have always treated us super over the past 20 years we have gone there. We have been there in everything from my little Grumman to Hawker Jets. The service and the people are always the same. They deserve our continued business!

We came in with one of our 6 PC12s for the day. The service was second to none. The car was driven up to the airplane before I could get out of my seat. Have landed here twice. Everything is first class here. Everything! Crew, service, facilities. I needed a rent-car for the day. They suggested a crew-car. I needed it all day. No problem. Pulled it up for me. I was out of my plane and on the road in 3 minutes. I've visited quite a few very nice FBOs, but this one is in a category by itself.

I visit TexasJet about 20 times a year during business trips. TexasJet is hands down the best FBO I have the pleasure of visiting. They always have a crew car available even if I don't purchase fuel. The counter staff is exceptional. TexasJet is a model FBO and others out there should take notice.

To Echo a comment below...Go to Texas Jet!!! I called the morning before arrival to ask if a crew car would be available. They asked what time I was coming in and for my tail#. Needless to say, I was surprised when I pulled up to the ramp and the car pulled up to my airplane. I might as well have been a Citation. The keys were in the ignition and I was off. No fees, no fuel purchase, although the service was so good, I almost felt guilty for not buying fuel. The FBO is clean, has fresh coffee and snacks, and has a nice flight planning room with a land line to ATIS and Clearance Delivery. The front desk and the linemen were all top notch. Texas Jet is a dieing breed. It is not often that an FBO is this good at a large airport with no fees. In the future, I might just buy fuel at Texas Jet, even if I don't need it.

The folks at Texas Jet are truly the best FBO I have ever parked. They met me at the airplane (not one, but two people) helped me load my bags into their crew car and provided me a hot cup of coffee to go. They are EXCELLENT!

These folks are THE BEST. We pop over from Abilene in a Piper Apache, and sip up a couple of gallons, but they treat us exactly the same as the million dollar jets. The facility is beautiful, and the desk help and line guys are always top notch. They always have a courtesy car which is great for getting to downtown for shopping for the afternoon. All of the "pilot" things make this my destination of choice, and all of the "extras" make it my wife's choice! I'd vote them #1.

True full service: Met me at the airplane with a free courtesy car and helped me unload my bags. They had my DA40 front and center for me the next day so I could drive right up and load my bags and they then parked the car for me. 25 cents off each gallon with the coupon and it's the best deal around for your overnight stay in the Ft Worth Area. It's also easy to get in and out being under the West edge of the Class B airspace.

Excellent service by all the staff while my stay in Ft.Worth. I want to thank Ms. Cindy Ramos for her help in getting me a courtesy car. I will definitely go back to Texas Jet on my next visit. Very nice FBO.

Nice FBO. Staff was friendly and courteous. They had my passengers rental car waiting as soon as we pulled up, fueled us, and turned us in under a half hour. Nice job.

I have to echo all positive comments. You don't have to be driving heavy metal to be treated very nicely. (We were in a single-engine Comanche.) Loaned us a courtesy car for 24 hours. Got a free set of brochures of nearby facilities (to keep). The lady on the desk was particularly nice and made everything work out perfectly. Fuel may be pricey, but subtract what we would have spent on rental car . . . and it's a wash. No charge for tie-down overnight. Big Ft Worth / Texas hospitality here.
