My wife and I have been flying for about 10 years and this is our new favorite FBO of all time. Called and spoke to representatives of the two FBOs on field and Texas Jet won my business. When we arrived, we were greeted as we exited the taxiway by Mota. Taxied us to parking, brought us crew car, and the fueling truck was right behind her. Most of the customer service and line folks that helped us were very enthusiastic young women who all had great attention to detail. They gave us a tour of the facility, which was fantastic. While the FBO would be awesome for a charter pilot waiting on passengers, this place is awesome to us as a family flying ourselves GA. We will make a point to returning here, even if it is a little further from our final destination. If you are looking for a cool getaway, plan a trip to FTE, stop at Texas Jet, then go over to the famous Fort Worth Stockyards and listen to some music, go dancing, and have a steak and some cocktails, stay at one of their hotels.

Best FBO in the USA! Great service, great people, quick turns. This is the best outfit around. No need to consider any other parking options. Go here!

None better. There may be FBOs that are as good as Texas Jet, but there are none better. From the moment of arrival, the treatment and services were superb. The facilities were spotless and the amenities plentiful. When returning to Ft Worth, Texas Jet has my business for life.

The mark of a truly excellent FBO is their capacity to treat everyone with courtesy and assistance, whether in a biz-jet or a bug-smasher. These guys apparently strive for that, and succeed -- very helpful even though we were just dropping off a passenger from a single engine today.

I would give them 6 stars or more if I could. I fly an M500 Meridian and Texas Jet is my FBO of choice anywhere in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. There are not enough good words to describe the service, helpfulness, attitude of the employees and cleanliness and quality of the FBO. From the phone call to make the reservation and reserve a rental car to the greeting when you arrive and having the plane ready to go when I get back - first class all the way.

Our experience at The Texas Jet FBO on June 4, 2021, was absolutely amazing from arrival to departure! There is no question why this facility is the number "1" FBO in the country!!! Had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Hopkins, Customer Service Manager, and I fully understand why this is a superior operation! Outstanding in all areas!!!
