A great little friendly airport that's keeping flying more affordable. Their good price on fuel is only one reason to stop here. It's fun to fly into this hilltop airport - the runway has trees on one end, slopes pretty steeply, and drops off at the other end. The locals are very friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting Charles Wilhelm - he helped me fuel and told stories about the airport. The card reader on the fuel pump wasn't working today (they accepted cash). Not a fancy place, but a really neat little airport atmosphere here.

Always welcoming and friendly people at this "small-town feeling" airport. Gas is self-serve, reasonable prices. Runway looks to have been recently resurfaced and is now in good condition. Tie down spots for 2 planes in the grass, bring your own ropes and chocks. Easy to find (5 mi. Almost due south of KAGC) and provides great, quick access to the South Hills area of Pittsburgh.
