A very friendly place. The attendant Buddy Dennis, helped me again to hangar my bird for 5$/night. It was pulled out and fueled when we were ready to go two days later. Note the attended hours are 8-4. Be prepared for a West Virginia welcome! Fuel $4.50/ gallon.

I called, November 19th, a day before landing at Jackson County Airport and asked about the availability of a hangar and power for an engine heater. Upon landing the next day, November 20th, the attendant, Buddy Dennis, helped me top off the tanks and had a place ready for my plane in the hangar. It was also near an outlet. $5/night for the hangar space. Upon leaving November 24, an attendant opened the hangar and helped me push the plane out. Everyone at this airport was gracious and very friendly. Self-serve fuel was $4.30. The receipt was hung up in the pump but easily retrieved.

Bill West, the airport manager is one of the friendliest, helpful people I have run across. Thanks again Bill.

Good fuel prices but beware! The self-service pump does not seem to provide a receipt (my last 3 visits), and the actual price billed is always higher than what shows on the pump, in my experience. Instead of $3.10/gal, I actually paid $3.45/gal.
