We arrived with 3 warbirds and were parked 1/2 mile from the FBO on a dark taxiway with no security. A half mile walk to the office and restrooms. Too far for the Veterans, their families and the press to have access to our aircraft and the veteran flight crews. This is day 18 of our 57 city tour, and the worst FBO on the trip. When we asked to move the aircraft closer to the ramp in front of the FBO we were told by the line supervisor, "It's my ramp and I'll park you where I want to..." If there had been another FBO on the airport we would have moved to allow public access to our aircraft. And if you are wondering, yes we bought over $1000 of fuel and got no services in return.

Very nice people and facilities were well above average. They arranged a hotel for us and made sure we got picked up on time to and from. I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.

Always a great place to stop. Easy airport in and out -great controllers, convenient everything! They put your plane in a hangar if the weather looks bad free. Might want to check. FBO has to be in the top ten in the US. Thanks

Nice, pleasant FBO, but WOW those fuel prices! Bring Gold Bullion if not a suitcase of cash. Ramp, taxiways and runways relatively clear of FOD/gravel. Seems to always be windy here. Super clean bathroom!

We stopped on November 18 in a CJ2 for a quick fuel stop. I had talked to Ashley at the front desk the day before to confirm everything and order catering and she was extremely professional and helpful. When we stopped there, everything was very organized and the services was as promised over the phone. In fact, service was so good, the fuel truck was standing by, and we were able to get the turn completed in 10 minutes. This included getting catering delivered and windshield washes. The catering Ashley recommended from the local caterer was excellent as well. We will definitely stop there again. Thanks Ashley - you deserve a raise for the excellent service.

The girls at the desk are very helpful, lounge is comfortable, and we got the courtesy van into town for some Arbys Avfuel. Nice, professional operation.

I regularly fly between KMGM and KSAF. On this trip, inclement weather forced me down to ABI. Shortly after getting there, it became clear that I was stuck there for the night. They were just great. The gal behind the desk was tied up with some military guys so Joe, the manager, helped set me up a hotel and a shuttle. They put my airplane in a hangar for the night (some nasty thunderstorms were heading our way). The service and customer care was outstanding. Recommended completely.

Stopped in at Abilene Aero to meet a friend. Service was quick and professional. Kimberly at the desk was very nice and allowed us the use of the courtesy van. Gas was high, but the service was great.
