From Dean Smith on 07-May-2008: It had been a while since I visited Ada and the layout was a bit rough because of construction going on, but the line service was great and punctual. Generally a good experience in Ada, I will use them again.
From Craig Wooten on 24-Feb-2008: Had possible engine trouble so we decided to land just in case. Saturday night 8pm. Ramp torn up. Dark all over. Walked through dirt and over a barrier fence (not blaming the FBO for improving things) to get in. Tried all the contact after hour’s numbers with no answer and no call back. They did have all the necessary numbers posted which was helpful with a phone book. Got a taxi to a hotel for five of us. Taxi guy (I think the only guy in town) was VERY courteous and reasonable. Glad I really didn't need fuel.

From Casey Smith on 17-Sep-2007: I agree about the rental car policy. I didn't buy enough high priced fuel (which we didn't even need). Then used courtesy car. I came back to find out I was 2 gallons short of their minimum. They hit me with $15 "rental" for a courtesy car. First I've heard of that, and I do this for a living.
From David M. Banta on 21-Jan-2007: Into ADH for Angel Flight, called ahead for fuel since it was listed Restricted on AirNav but they were very helpful and actually were waiting for me before opening hours. Restriction status should be removed since it is erroneous. Very positive experience.
