This winter, I had two minor MX issues at Bode. A dead battery in my Skyhawk after returning from dinner. They tried to figure out a way to power me up but without an APU receptacle on my Cessna 172L, that was difficult for an after hours task. I prop started and while taxiing out, my landing light goes out, a double whammy. It was a cold & windy night; Amy was more than willing to help out as much as she could. I repaired the lamp wires, replaced the cowl and was on my way. The second time, I had a door unlatch after take-off in my Cirrus. I returned, re-latched the door and proceeded to taxi for departure, my right main went flat.. A double whammy! Once again, a cold and windy evening. Chris from Bode Maintenance was there in no time, very helpful and professional. The work was fast and efficient. Their customer service is awesome! The line folks are always very personable and friendly. Thumbs-Up Bode, keep it up!

Stopped in to visit family and get some mx done at Bode. JJ and Chris did an excellent job of understanding what I wanted done, and accomplishing it in the timeframe needed. In fact, they went out of their way to work on a freezing (and I don't exaggerate here) ramp on their day off to make sure it was finished properly and a good QC performed. HIGHLY recommend Bode for your mx needs in ABQ.

My wife and I were visiting family in the area, and I thought it would be fun to go on a sight-seeing flight. I called Bode to get some information and told them I'd call back to schedule a flight with an instructor after I found out what day would be good for the family. When I called back, the receptionist told me she would have to have an instructor call me back the next day because she wasn't aware of the schedule. I called again the next day because no one had called by mid-day. Again, the receptionist told me she would have to have an instructor call me because none were available and she indicated that she did have a note to call me from the night before. I never received a call. I decided not to bother calling Bode back a 4th time because they certainly didn't seem interested in doing business with me. I'm very disappointed.

Stopped in for an overnight on the way to Vegas in our Comanche 260. We were treated to fast, excellent service on the ramp and at the desk. These guys are good - help with the rental car, hangar space, hotel directions, and restaurant recommendations - the works! I would highly recommend Bode - they'll definitely see us again.

Had a follow-up call just now with JJ, and very happy with his customer services skills and resolution. Recommend Bode for your mx needs while in ABQ.

We are from NC, but have family in ABQ. Even though KABQ is a little closer to family, the service and prices at KAEG make it a better choice. Their line guys & counter girls are SUPER helpful. The girls at the counter were also fantastic since we were in and out over the course of two weeks this past visit (July); I decided to try using some of their mx services. JJ in the mx dept seemed great to work with on defining what I wanted done on short notice. Unfortunately he was off work on Saturday when they finished the work, so the result, which is displeasing, is not his fault. I have been on the road but intend to follow-up with him (or Mr. Bode) to discuss. I will post a follow-up comment. Tio Bills on the field is a great little diner with good views of the aircraft taking off and landing. Lots of funs for my niece and nephews who I took up there for a bite. Again, as a quick turn or multiple overnight stay, would highly recommend Bode at KAEG. Thanks all!

I stopped at Bode Aviation due to weather ahead. Mr. Bode came out personally to greet me. I was trying to get to Amarillo from the west. Mr. Bode cautioned me about normal rains east of AEG. He looked up local radar for me and kindly advised best way to go North of weather. I wasn’t able to get gas but he still did all he could for me. THANK YOU MR. BODE for your help.

We made 4 stops at Bode last week in our CJ1 to try them out and compare them to Cutter in ABQ. Great service and Tio Bills provided us 4 lunches to go at a very reasonable price, good food too I might add. We use AVFUEL every chance we get and we saved $1.26 a gallon over Cutter. Easy access in and out of Double Eagle makes it a great choice for a stop.

Flew into KAEG without reservations at 7:45 pm and made a call into Bode while we were still in the pattern to ask about a crew car for the night. After a few touch-and-go's we landed and the car was waiting for us planeside as we shut down. Great service and nice facility. Thanks!!

Double Eagle is getting upgraded but the newly built tower won't be open for a long while. Very nice and helpful staff at Bode Aero. Fuel is a ton cheaper than at ABQ.

Stopped by for fuel and lunch on 12/28. Everyone was great and was very helpful. We wanted a quick turn to avoid an incoming snowstorm. Got some lunch to go from Tio Bill's and beat the storm. Will sure stop again.

Awesome service!! I travel all over the US and I have visited hundreds of FBOs. Bode is one of the best and has a great restaurant to top it off. Absolutely one of the very best.
