Stopped in every day for a year at the old building, new one is a huge step up. CSRs are great, but sadly, its still under the same management. Charlie has no respect for anyone that doesn't fly a gulf stream or a c-130. As long as you can steer clear of Charlie, then your experience will be enjoyable, if you butt heads with him, and then watch out.

Second trip to KAEX Million Air this year, and both were exceptional experiences. Very professional and friendly crew, great job, we'll be back.

A great FBO that charged only for the fuel. No ramp or overnight tie down fee. No TSA hassles at all, even though I went to the plane several times through the day. One of the best flight planning areas I've seen.

Million Air staff was very helpful, but the airport's interpretation and implementation of TSA security policy is severe & restrictive, much more so than at any other airport I have flown into. This alone is reason for going somewhere else.

I have written before about this FBO. It is still a great place to hang out for the day, I always buy complementary gas there even though I don't usually need any. I have never asked for any other service before, till Tuesday June 22nd. I asked for the GPU to cool the plane before my pax arrived. It cost $40.00 for the Elec Unit. If I had not bought fuel it would have been 80. For the larger gas powered unit was over 100. I don't think I will buy much more comp fuel there unless I really need it. Just to let all know nice FBO, but in a bind and you need their service, watch out!

This Million Air is one of the finest FBO's I have been at in a while. The line crew was right there, to marshall me into a spot, the desk girls were very helpful, and for a corporate pilot having to spend a day, a person can't beat the state of the art crew lounge, the free fountain drinks, and the dollar lunch which today was either a choice of a cheese burger or BBQ Po boy. A person may have to buy fuel for the dollar meal, but just having onsite meals is wonderful. Ya'll keep up the good work.

Line service was excellent. Facilities do not live up to the Million Air Standard, it reminds me of my high school locker room. Manager was un-friendly and pompous enough that I took the time to find out who he was. Since the staff at many other Million Air FBO's know me by name, I discussed it with them the next time I visited. I got the respectful response of "...We sincerely apologize for the experience, but you are not the first to make this complaint. The FBO is a franchise and we have limited ability to correct the problem." That answer is good enough for me, I just will not return. I will however continue to use the other Million Air Locations that have "customers don't lift a finger" service.

Possibly the finest FBO I have seen in many years. Great fuel prices, friendly first class service, internet / weather graphic monitors in sizes exceeding those in a private residence, a full size multi level surround sound movie theater and last but not least a lunch area adjacent to the FBO counter serving tasty gumbo and beef brisket. Pilot lunch cost ... Are you ready for this ... $ 1.00 We give this facility and its personnel our highest rating. It truly is a 10.

C172 overnight for funeral. Generally friendly but impersonal. Line crew friendlier than office crew, though no complaints. Expensive. Cleaned the airplane without being asked. Had to be escorted to unload rental car upon return (maybe because it's a commercial airport). Good flight planning area, but the wide-screen monitors are higher than the desk, and you'll have to crane your neck if you use multifocal lenses like me. Rental car desks in terminal are within walking distance, but they'll call if you ask. Bottom line: good but not excellent, not quite as good as I'd expect for the price. I'll try Pineville on the next visit.
