Flew my weight shift control trike to KAEX; pulled up to Million Air. We were treated just as if we had pulled up in an expensive jet. Winnie and two additional line personnel placed the chocks and rolled out a red carpet. We enjoyed taking everyone for a ride in an ultralight Trike. Million Air ROCKS with their service & smiles. I'll make it a point to return any time I am within 100 miles just to visit with some special Million Air employees.

Stopped here in a Mooney on a quick turn for fuel. Was immediately met by smiling line service & took care in fueling the plane. Very fast service and nice facility. Will be back! Thanks!

Some of the negative comments below are certainly not representative of what my wife and I experienced there today. Met on the ramp by the owner with a huge smile and an offer for some Po Boys for lunch. When I told him thanks but I had promised my wife lunch at Lea's he immediately offered the nicest crew car I had ever experienced from an FBO. All this while the ramp was hopping with Army Brass like you had never seen. I will definitely return and might even go out of my way to purchase fuel when it is not convenient and out of my way. Yes it was that wonderful of an experience. All that service for a guy in a Cherokee 180. Thanks a Million!!!!

Stopped in on a coast-to-coast cross-country in a C182. Got the same treatment as the heavy metal that came in just after me. The CSRs were super and the linemen professional. They graciously helped with organizing a hotel and transportation. Facility is top shelf. Fuel is a bit pricey but given the level of service, no complaint.

Flew in May 11th on a Veterans Airlift Command flight dropping a wounded warrior back to Fort Polk from his home in Penn. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highest gas prices within 50 miles according to fuel finder. I called about a discount, never got a return call. The manager I met gruffly dismissed any discount. Every FBO I've visited on a VAC flight, has always given some discount for these brave warriors. He dismissed as he said they do enough in the local community. Never again will I visit this place.

Flew in on 5/5/12 in a single. Everyone we met at facility was very friendly and helpful. Line personnel took care of aircraft & fueled as instructed. Never felt like I was second-class since I didn't burn kerosene. Ice cream and soda in lobby - was a very nice touch. Would not hesitate to return.
