We had a very positive experience at Afton. So much so we bought a lot, hangar and house at the new Afton Airpark. This is the most congenial FBO and neighbors we have found around the country. The FBO has beautiful facilities and the friendliest staff. The new 18 hole Johnnie Miller designed golf course next door will be finished soon so Afton will have more amenities to draw folks in.

The best cross-country stop in Wyoming. The runway and taxiways are in excellent condition, the FBO had all the amenities you need, and the fuel prices are usually the lowest in the state. The friendly airport manager even offered to pump the gas at the self-serve for us. Courtesy car and restrooms available 24/7.

As I remember, runway was in great condition. Seemed to be newly paved. Stopped in for gas on the way to Jackson Hole, airport was unattended, but restroom was open and self-serve fuel was open. Great, non-crowded airport with a beautiful FBO... Great for a quick gas stop.

Best fuel prices around for 100LL. We made a stop here on July 29, 2006 before departing the area and were greeted by great people, good fuel prices and a beautiful new FBO building with all the amenities. A definite stop to make if in the area.

They don't have a 100LL truck, but do have full-service Jet A for an additional $.25 a gallon. Great stop and still cheaper than anywhere around. They have adequate hangar space for overnights as well including many services like Nitrogen, GPU, etc.

An outstanding FBO! Best fuel prices for miles and the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a long time. The runway and all the facilities are in excellent shape. The next time I'm vacationing in the Jackson area, I'll be back for sure! Thanks, Blake!

It has been a while since I had flown into Afton--what a great experience. There is a longer runway, a great FBO that had to be designed by a pilot, Self Server Fuel island with a great price and a new airpark development. This is a great airport that has gotten better.

This is a great stop! The new FBO is done now and all the taxiways and runway have been redone in the last month and the runway is now 7,027 feet long! A much better stop for fuel the JAC. They do have hangar space available too for any size piston or jet. Watch the weather though, because the lowest approach in here is 1000 agl due to the mountains.
