(Follow up) I do appreciate the follow-up phone call by new manager of Atlantic. However, let's just say we disagree on the issues; he told me Atlantic has no CSRs and can't find anyone to fill those positions, they can't seem to unload this batch of AvGas which is why their fuel prices are so high, and that they can't park piston acft close to the FBO because it makes a mess for the possible jets that might arrive...Even if the ramp is empty. And the hefty fee for several minutes on the ramp, picking up my daughter with special needs, was non-negotiable. I understand...Business is business. Again, I appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Best

Sit back, I'll tell you a story: once upon a time there was a great underdog (Voyager Aviation) biz out of a trailer. Moved into this known building, and bought out by Lynx (service lacked, but manager kicked butt and made it pretty awesome). Atlantic comes to town and buys them out, as they have elsewhere, and.... Well, business as usual. Citations, Gulfstreams, and JET-A burners are sent right to the front of the line. That's why Avgas folks are charged $1.44 MORE than another FBO. That's why line personnel place you on the BACK ROW when there is no one on the tarmac, and you stated "picking up pass, 5 min turnaround, outta here." No CSR on duty during the weekend...Only line guys who couldn't give a crap about you (not a jet). But wait, it gets better: I'm inside for 3 minutes, see my daughter, escort to plane, and charged $50.70. Any chance of even offered water? NO!! Simply horrible and no excuse. Do yourself a favor.... Fantastic experience at Lynx FBO at AGC! Jamie at the front desk was wonderful to work with. Her professionalism and enthusiasm for her job made our experience stand out. Each of the line personnel were helpful and provided prompt service. The facilities are very nice with comfortable recliners in the crew room and a well kept courtesy vehicle. Definitely recommend Lynx if you're stopping by AGC!

Fantastic, friendly and modern FBO. Line crew was quick and professional, and the receptionist, Jamie, was very helpful and got us our services setup and billed out immediately. Highly recommend this FBO to anybody stopping in the Pittsburg area.

I'm a small aircraft (Warrior/Archer) private pilot. This was my second visit to Lynx; superb both times! Responsive on initial call-up, then waiting and ready to park and fuel immediately up arrival. Super friendly, both to me and my family waiting in the FBO. The facility is very modern, professional and clean, and the bathrooms are immaculate. Will absolutely return again!
