I've flown in to Corporate at least a dozen times over the past 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. They are always prompt, efficient, courteous, and get things done right the first time. Never had a problem getting fuel, time in a heated hangar, or even having them call a cab. These guys are pros, and help make a good impression when I take new passengers flying.

Landed due to foul weather in the East. Jenna and Beth were great to work with. Instant service in every way but at the mercy of poor Hertz car rental supply. Great knowledgeable and attention-to-detail Linemen. Walk next door to see the 1930's terminal!

This may be the best and friendliest FBO in the country. It sure gets my vote. I had to relocate my plane due to a hurricane and the staff especially Sherri went out of her way to let me use the courtesy car to get meals (no rental cars available). Gave me a ride to my hotel, and even fed me. This FBO did not even raise prices because of the evacuations. This is a wonderful place. Thank you guys...

Corporate Air continues to be a favorite stop for both business and Wings of Mercy transport. Both counter staff and line staff are attentive, helpful, cheerful and especially sensitive to patients.

We frequently stop at AGC and consistently get greeted with exceptional service. Even on short notice Beth and Sherri are always great at quickly getting things done! These gals are quick problem solvers and make it easy to be a customer. Just don't trust their directions! Just kidding, I just need to bring the GPS.. We will definitely be back over and over again maybe even this week!

I just received a PAST DUE landing fee bill from Corporate Air (the FBO) at Pittsburgh Allegheny County. According to them, I landed my twin commander, weighing 9, 700 lbs, at AGC on 7/29. Couple of problems. A) I don't own a 9700 pound twin commander, I own a 3100 pound Commander 114. B) I never landed at AGC then, or actually, in a couple of years. So I called up to find out why I was PAST DUE on a landing fee for a landing I never made? Answer: I filed a flight plan to land there, and I was on flight tracker - and if you file a flight plan to land at AGC or appear on flight tracker as going there, you get billed, whether or not you actually landed. (I actually landed at Hartford CT). They said it is easier to bill from the Internet than to actually look out the window. So I asked: why did you change the type of plane to one, which is 3x heavier, and which has a larger fee? Answer: mumble mumble mumble. Beware of bills from this FBO/Airport - they may be, um, inaccurate...

I visited Corporate Air on November 10-11th. The service there could not have been better. When I arrived, my rental car was waiting and Sherri was as nice as could be. One of the spark plugs in my aircraft was fouled and the maintenance crew worked hard to have the local piston shop work on it. They could not be bothered to assist, so the folks at Corporate Air, who primarily work on Turbine engines, did the work and fixed the problem. Thanks guys! The last treat was that the fuel prices were lower than AirNav's published numbers. Only one negative and that was that they charged me a $10.00 tie down fee, which most FBO's waive if you fuel there. Service was as good as it gets.

Used Corporate Air again last week for another weekend trip to visit our son at University of Pittsburgh. As usual, I received very good service and the staff was friendly. They have an awesome coffee machine too.

Got hit with a $20 landing fee when picking up an AngelFlight tonight. Load issues would not allow fuel purchase. Guy behind the desk had a big smile when I told him they were the only FBO in the country putting the squeeze on Angel Flight. Shameless.

I can't say enough about what a great place this has been. I fly an experimental that I built myself, and after getting from PA to CA and back, I had one last leg when my starter coil decided it was time to head south. These folks absolutely could not have been nicer, or more helpful in getting me back together and back on my way. Things that included some temporary hangar space, a crew car, hotel reservations, Beside being so friendly they are also right up there for professionalism and running a great FBO in all respects. Pittsburg and AGC makes a great stop too for it's own sake. I certainly will be back. Thank you so much for everything.

Great service. Flew in from KFRG overnight and landed about 4:30am. No problem parking and getting fuel ready for my return trip at 11 am. Only gripe was that the price of fuel was apparently 20 cents more/gal than on AirNav. They must have just raised the price, though, since AirNav had the new price a day later.

We flew into KAGC on a practice IFR flight on a Saturday morning. Within minutes of our departure back to our home base we experienced a serious in-flight electrical problem and had to return to KAGC. The folks at Corporate Air were FANTASTIC! They could not have been more friendly or helpful. They helped us to find and call in a mechanic on Saturday to look at our airplane, towed the aircraft to the hangar, and in general bent over backwards to help out a couple of pilots in serious need. In the end we had to leave to nurse the aircraft home and did not get a chance to say thank you the way we should have. Total charges by Corporate Air for helping us out were $0.00! You can bet any time we are near KAGC, we will be stopping by for fuel and also recommending them to all our flying friends.

Just called Corporate Air in advance of a trip in February to pick up a friend. For a C172, handling fee of $20 waived with purchase of 10 GAL fuel. No landing fee for A/C under 5000 lbs.

Arrived for a pick up on a humanitarian (Pilots N Paws) flight at dusk. Exceptional treatment by the entire staff. Was fueled quickly and given a .20/ gallon discount. When we found out that the connecting pilot had diverted elsewhere, the Corporate Air staff had charts out in a heartbeat to help guide us to the new destination with 'local knowledge' guidance. Terrific and spotlessly clean facility. Recommended.

Stopover at Corporate Air for fuel. Great service (even though I was a mere "single piston driver"). Crew car was made available within minutes (even during a busy time like the Steelers' game!). Great staff, very courteous and nice. Even gave us a discount of $0.20 per gallon. Could not have asked for a better service. Excellently maintained lounge and flight planning capabilities. Would definitely recommend this place and will keep going back!

Quick stopover to visit a friend at University of Pittsburgh. Promptly greeted by lineman. Caroline at the desk was friendly and professional. Great recommendations for lunch. Crew car was avaliable for the 20 minute drive. This is the closest airport to the University. Recommend this FBO. Friendly atmosphere with great personel. They did waive the ramp fee with fuel for my 1990 Beechcraft Bonanza. Pittsburgh apporoach was user friendly as well.

Arrived late Sunday Night, May 31 2009 in my Piper Saratoga N4342Y to drop my daughter off in Pittsburgh. Topped off the tanks and got into the plane. Upon starting, a horrendous noise ensued but the prop would not turn. The staff was very helpful and eventually called Steve from Advanced Aircraft Maintenance to fix the plane. Unfortunately, at 10 pm on a Sunday night, there was not much one could do. Steve showed up bright and early Monday morning, had the problem diagnosed and a new starter installed by noon on Monday. The whole staff at Corporate Air was all very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend you use this FBO when in KAGC! Oh did I mention Steve, the mechanic and owner of Advance Aircraft Maintenance, was very pleasant to work with and gave me a very reasonable bill!

We landed our piston single in a high wind and the line crew was great marshaling us in to a position close to the building where we were a little protected. The WiFi was not providing a connection and the CSRs at the front desk offered to let us step behind the counter to use their computer if we needed to file a flight plan or something urgent. They recommended a good place for lunch, provided a crew car and a map. The plane was fueled and nicely chocked in place when we returned. They had no problem having two little boys let off a little steam in their passenger waiting area, which always endears a place to me. Having tried both FBOs at KAGC we will be returning to Corporate.

Stopped in for one night last night. What an excellent FBO. Line service has always been consistently good. I have used them on Angel Flights in the past and privately as well. NICE people. Attentive, kind and fun. Sherri was especially a delight. She gives customer service with a huge smile and great dedication. When they had the plane up on the line at the appointed time, but not fueled as requested, they apologized, had it fueled immediately, and then offered a fuel discount! Talk about great customer service. Convenient, nice digs, and with CSRs like Sherri, a great place to stop. I will be back and highly recommend Corporate Air.
