I returned to Aiken a month later, and they were just as accommodating and great this time. Megan, Steve, and Steven bend over backwards to work with the pilots from the taxi after landing where they inquire what they can do to assist you. It's a great airport, and it is very easy to get in and out there...

I stopped at the Aiken airport on Saturday (10/3) for a brief meeting at USC-Aiken, and the staff at the airport was extremely friendly starting with my taxi to the ramp after landing. They asked what they could do for me, and Megan (sp? - cute little blonde at the desk) drove the courtesy car to my plane. They bent over backwards for me, and I will not hesitate to go there again. It's an easy in and out there as well....

We just got back from a 3-night tie down here during the Masters. The building is gorgeous with wood paneling and plush furniture. Best of all was the assistance given to us by Bruce and his staff. He parked our Bonanza right up front with all the golfer's jets, and provided us with first class service. Thanks guys!

Flew into Aiken for a quick visit with family. Was greeted by a lineman, who marshaled us in and even gave directions to my sister over the phone on how to get to the airport, so she could pick us up. With the possibility of maybe staying the night there, I was happy to hear that there was no fee for overnight tie-down. The staff greeted us with a smile, and the FBO is really nice, especially the main area. I look forward to coming back in the future.

Flew into Aiken on April 10. During Masters Tournament, everything around that area is crowded, yet our trip was efficiently handled by everyone. ATC is well organized for arrivals and departures. The FBO staff did a great job. Reserved rental car was delivered to the flightline when we arrived, lineman very helpful with baggage; plane parked, tied down, and fueled as requested. Nice airport facility, and the Town of Aiken was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

Flew from Aiken on 1/27/08 over to Augusta when the airport closed. The wonderful crew on the ground helped us out-Cecil offered the courtesy car for our trip down to Augusta to pick up a passenger (a 2 hour round trip). They promptly fill a plane when asked and provide everything with a lot of courtesy. These folks deserve our applause! Thanks guys.

Aiken Aviation has one of the best FBO's around always courteous even to customers they see on a daily basis. Fuel is always done promptly and the customer service girls are the best around always have a smile. They also are one of the few FBO's that doesn't charge you a ramp fee just for landing no matter the size of the aircraft and the fuel prices are fare. If your destination is Augusta GA or Columbia SC you should check out Aiken just a short ride to either. I highly recommend this FBO.
