Like those before me an outstanding experience. Called the night before with change of plans (needed car). The man on duty (Walter) was very apologetic and said he was very busy with arriving corporates etc. Said he would call me back and he did!!!!! Returned my car a day early and they drove me back to my hotel. This was the best FBO experience of my life.

Flew in last weekend in our Mooney with my wife and baby. From ramp to rental car phenomenal service, fair pricing, and an all-around great experience. Absolutely incredible: thanks to everyone at Million Air Albany from Scott, Missy and Mia - we can't wait to come back!

Million Air sure does a great job with customer service, even for a Cessna. As I taxied in an army of linemen scrambled out to greet me, and they had the airplane chocked and coned before I even had my headset off. In the FBO the desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and when I asked them to call a hotel shuttle for me they offered to drive me there to avoid any waiting. Very happy with the entire visit.

Flew in to Million Air for an overnight stay in Albany. Office staff and line crew were extremely courteous and gave us excellent service, even though we were in a lowly 172 :-). Fees were waived with fuel purchase. Really excellent facilities.

Unlike the previous visitor, I had no need to stay overnight at KALB. I did, however, find this the most pleasant and professional (and reasonably priced!!!) Million Air facilities of all I have visited. From the moment we arrived, it was a full-service FBO experience at budget prices. Gleaming building, smartly dressed staff, rental car warmed up and ready -- this is what GA is all about. Great job Million Air Albany, and teach the rest of the chain how to do it.

Planned a business flight into ALB intending to arrive 1/13/08 and depart 1/16/08. Forecast weather during this period included winds gusting to 35kts., overnight low approx. -5 degrees F, daytime high approx. +5 degrees F and snow accumulating 3" to 5". Called Million Air on 1/12 to notify them of my arrival plans and confirm usual ramp services. Inquired about heated hangar and was told none were available, inquired about cold storage hangar and was told none were available. Asked if I just tied down on the ramp if a heated hangar would be available for just a couple of hours to decontaminate the airframe and preheat the engines and was told that no tie down space was available on the ramp and no heat was available. Being unwilling to just park, unsecured, on an icy ramp with no way to clean the airframe or preheat the engines I was forced to cancel the flight. Plan your flight into Albany accordingly.

I stopped in and filled up my BE24 Saturday afternoon (12/13). $2.70 per gallon at the self serve pump. The total damage was just over $100. Despite the cold and icy weather, I gave me a warm glow deep down inside.

These folks were terrific. I had a Piper that needed to get a jumped to charge the battery on a freezing cold day and the folks that were there were awesome about it. I can't say enough about how great these folks were.

Okay, I somewhat expect a nice facility at a class B or C airport. This one is even nicer than most. However, being a piston driver I generally don't expect to be dealing with such friendly, helpful staff as I found at Million Air, and I really don't expect the great fuel prices! VERY well done, folks. Keep it up; you are an example the rest of the industry should be following. For those who haven't yet had the pleasure, you'll get what I described above, plus a large, clean terminal, free soda fountain/popcorn/coffee/cookies, and there's not only a pilot's lounge and flight planning room with comfortable recliners and TV, there's also a "Cinema Room" with more comfy recliners and a movie system if you're gonna be stuck there a while. And don't forget the cheap fuel and friendly people! I'd be hard-pressed to think of a single thing this FBO could be doing better. I'll be back.

The self serve fuel is a great price and I don't like to complain, however is the hose and nozzle a bit over kill weight wise? Could it be a lighter weight or am I just getting old and weak?

Fuel hose is a bit short if you've got tip tanks to fill. Ditto on the posted price at the pump being off - it shows a previous higher price but the charged price was correct at $3.24. Can't believe that the cheapest 100LL on the East Coast is at a large airport in NY State. Great stop.

I picked up 65 gallons Friday morning on my way to BTV. Despite the incorrect price posted at the pump, the sub $4.00 fuel is here. I hope to see prices like this at more pumps.

Haven't been here in a while--what a change. FBO looks great. Line service was perfect. Jane and Alisha at the desk took care of all needs. Nice facilities if you have to sit the day (Movie theatre for the pilots). BMW crew car to find lunch. Excellent stop.

Flew my dad in today in our PA28-161 for a meeting. Marshallers were right out there like we were a Biz Jet. Wally met us at the door and volunteered to drive us in to and pick us up when we were done. Absolutely superb service! Will make a point of stopping in on every trip to the Northeast US. Went to ALB to pick up a friend who was wheel chair bound. The line staff at Million Air especially Gerry went out of their way to assist in getting our passenger form the wheel chair into the cabin of the 414. I've never dealt with a more helpful crew than the ones at Million Air Albany. Many thanks

If they make them better and nicer than Jane and Wally at Million Air/Albany, we haven't met 'em, then! Diverted to KALB from Waterville, Maine, due to wx. Million Air took care of EVERY need, including giving us a ride into town for lunch. Awesome place.

Stopped at Million Air May 2008 by accident after asking ground control for the general aviation ramp. After parking and speaking to the desk clerk I realized that I was at the wrong place... They still had me pay the $20.00! Came out to be a dollar a minute and you thought JFK was expensive at least the first hours free!!!

Excellent first-rate service for a very reasonable price. The facilities and people are outstanding (check out the cinema room after your flight). I was given a 2008 5 series BMW as a loaner and was told to keep it for three hours. Not often I get to drive a car worth more then my aircraft. Ramp fee of 18 dollars was waived with 10 gallons of fuel at a good price. Looking forward to a return trip.

Good FBO, brought a truck up to Pro Air to fuel my Alarus before I went up. Always remember, double check the fuel caps after somebody else fuels it, that's all I'm saying.

What a welcome change from the old Signature "service." All the staff, from the line to the desk, is very good. The facility is beautiful, and big surprise, the prices are reasonable. I paid $4.99/gallon (tax included) for avgas on 3/13/08, a full dollar a gallon cheaper than what I paid in Buffalo at Prior when I started the day. The $20 ramp fee is waived with 10 gallons of fuel. I live 50 miles north and when I fly commercially I leave from Albany. The $10 parking fee for my plane is cheaper than driving there and parking in the lot! Nice job, Millionaire.

Million Air at ALB is a very good FBO. When I arrive in my Skyhawk, they give me the same level of attention and service, which you'd expect them to save for the bigger customers. Fuel is reasonable, wasn't charged a ramp fee with a 20-gallon purchase. They even put my plane in the hangar when the winds started blowing.

Nice, large, modern facility with free coffee and freshly baked cookies. Plenty of amenities for pilots. The $20 landing fee is waved with 8 gallons of 100LL. However the lovely lady at the counter allowed me to go with my tanks only taking on 5 gallons. I will definitely stop there again.

Got diverted to KALB de to weather. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hertz 800 number couldn't arrange a one-way car rental to BTV but Alisha at the front desk managed it for me locally. They had cars on the field and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Very reasonable fuel prices and overnight fees.

I used the self-serve fuel pump, had to swipe my card twice to fill up the 310, as there's a $250 limit per transaction. Receipts did not print. Million Air counter people told me that the pumps do not belong to them, even though they're listed on AirNav under Million Air. They helped me get receipts faxed from the municipality, to whom the pumps belong. Next time, I know to buy fuel at Million Air, because I use their facilities, and the pumps are not theirs.

Great people and a great FBO. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Although we came in Cirrus and just needed some 16 gal of fuel, we were treated first class. They even gave us a ride to the hotel. Many thanks! We'll be back with some more room in the fuel tanks.

C-310 - We needed a car, some maintenance, directions, fuel, and a good base of operations. Million Air provided this. Fair fuel price; available snacks and beverages; flight planning facilities, etc. For the transient, this is an ideal place to overnight.

A very nice facility - yesterday I was in quite a hurry to get in, do some quick work in downtown Albany and get out. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. In and out in about an hour and a half, with services. As an aside, there is free wireless in the building - a real plus as I was able to email some information to a client that didn't have to wait until I got back to the office.
