I have visited Million Air dozens of times in the last few years- sometimes on Angel Flights (fees waived). Excellent FBO, great service, and their management are very responsive to any feedback you may have for them. They are committed to earning and keeping your business at all levels!

Probably the BEST FBO I've ever used! We flew in here today in my Saratoga. Excellent service, very very friendly staff behind the counter. We got a ride into town and they pick us up, they arranged for this in a very convenient and friendly way. Very reasonable prices there. Very clean, excellent facility. I'm so glad I picked this FBO. I'll return here all the time. Thank you for everything again!

Spent an afternoon here waiting for a friend to return from a business meeting. Got the royal tour, the BMW loaner car, and a ramp fee waived with a minimum fuel purchase. This is a very relaxing and spacious place to hang out. One gripe: I wish that they had a couple of extra PCs for pilot use in the lounge (I didn't bring my own laptop and just wanted a Web browser). The PC that they do have is sort of slow and corrupted. I think the trick is to set it up to wipe itself clean and restore the operating system from a separate partition every week or so.

Flew in on an Animal Rescue Flight on Feb 14. Upon learning about the nature of our flight, and presenting the paperwork associated with the flight, they waived the landing fee ($7-ish), ramp fee ($11-ish) and provided a $0.30/gal discount on the fuel. Absolutely beautiful facility, never seen anything like it. We were very happy with the service.

I have always been treated courteously and professionally at Million Air Albany and this weekend was no exception. However, renting a Hertz car from Million Air Albany frequently takes me an extra 30 minutes at either end of the trip to correct significant discrepancies between my reservation and the actual bill (e.g. extra days, unordered refueling charges, etc.). The Million Air staff always get it corrected but the necessity for the corrections seems to be a recurring theme that I do not usually experience at other Hertz locations.

My wife and I arrived from Montreal on Sep. 11, 2009, with our Trinidad TB21 GT. Experienced extraordinary courtesies and services at Million Air including hotel reservation, courtesy car (the by now famous BMW 535i), excellent advice for dinner (in nearby Saratoga), rental car at a good price through Hertz, charts, no parking fees after refueling, free espresso(!), elegant facilities, and friendly and courteous personnel. This is one of the great FBOs for sure. They are also neighbors to the US Customs ramp and so very convenient for those using KALB as a port of entry.

These guys deserve the highest level of commendation for their facilities, staff, and service. I made an unscheduled stop after diverting to ALB at 1:00 am due to low clouds at night and only being VFR rated. After landing my Cherokee 140, my passenger and I were encouraged to get some rest in their pilot's lounge, complete with bed, leather recliners, a poker table, soda fountain and A MOVIE THEATRE. After a few hours of sleep and daybreak, we were offered a crew car (BMW 5 series!) to get some grub at a local diner before we departed. All this service for a single engine Cherokee, with no fuel purchase, and no landing/parking fees. Thanks a ton to Million Air for setting the bar so high, and treating a lowly Cherokee like a Citation.

Came here following a weather diversion. Nice facility, fast and excellent service, and reasonable fuel price despite no contract fuel programs. They only have one crew car however (BMW 5-series!), so please be courteous to other pilots and don't keep the car 2 hours over the 2-hour limit (like somebody did to us).

Like those before me an outstanding experience. Called the night before with change of plans (needed car). The man on duty (Walter) was very apologetic and said he was very busy with arriving corporates etc. Said he would call me back and he did!!!!! Returned my car a day early and they drove me back to my hotel. This was the best FBO experience of my life.

Flew in last weekend in our Mooney with my wife and baby. From ramp to rental car phenomenal service, fair pricing, and an all-around great experience. Absolutely incredible: thanks to everyone at Million Air Albany from Scott, Missy and Mia - we can't wait to come back!

Million Air sure does a great job with customer service, even for a Cessna. As I taxied in an army of linemen scrambled out to greet me, and they had the airplane chocked and coned before I even had my headset off. In the FBO the desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and when I asked them to call a hotel shuttle for me they offered to drive me there to avoid any waiting. Very happy with the entire visit.

Flew in to Million Air for an overnight stay in Albany. Office staff and line crew were extremely courteous and gave us excellent service, even though we were in a lowly 172 :-). Fees were waived with fuel purchase. Really excellent facilities.
