We were downed at KALB with a bad alternator, so when we arrived on their ramp we had no radios or lights. The linemen were not fazed and before I had my feet on the tarmac they had a business card for the maintenance shop next door ready to hand to me. We like Million Air at the airports we have used them, but this one is especially gorgeous. In fact, we had to hit the ground running to get to our destination and it was too bad we didn't get to enjoy the joint more. They were very helpful in getting us the main terminal for collection of a rental car, accepting a FedEx package to get the part to the shop faster, and getting the rental car returned for me when I came back to collect the plane. I wish I had picked up names when I was there, but the truth is that everyone was really helpful.

Great facilities, great line guys, receptionists friendly but perhaps a bit oblivious. No discount on fuel or waiving/discounting any ramp/handling fees, even for an aviation charity organization doing dream-come-true and medical-relief flights. For this reason, we will use KSCH next time.Response from Pam Day, General Manager, Million Air Albany We do offer fuel discounts through our fuel volume discount program and do waive ramp fees with a minimum purchase of fuel. When it comes to charity and or medical flights with forty-eight (48) hours advanced notifications fees are eligible to be waived. The Summer of 2013 additional fuel discounts and prizes are available to crews with a qualifying fuel purchase during our "Turn on the Heat" Promotion, which is running from July 1st to September 2nd. See advertisement on our detail page or contact customer service for details. Our apologies for the experience Mr. Wright had at a recent visit to our FBO. Unfortunately he was misinformed by our front counter personnel. Stopped in for the evening in our Piper Saratoga. Line service was prompt to marshal me into a spot up front in Jet country. Despite a minor communications issue earlier in the day regarding use of the crew car, Walter (concierge) was beyond friendly and helpful by going out of his way to ensure that the car (er...Mercedes) was available late night to pick up my boss. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find this friendly service in the Tri-State area and Walter's help was certainly no exception! Keep up the excellent work and thanks for the outstanding experience!

I flew into Albany Int'l (KALB) with my CFII for my IFR cross-country. We didn't plan on staying long but we had to wait on the ground for a few hours because of some nearby thunderstorms. We paid $10 landing fee for our Cessna 172 and had the ramp fee waived because we purchased $137 worth of fuel. We helped ourselves to the complimentary cookies and popcorn along with drinks from the soda fountain. They have a gorgeous cinema room with big comfortable leather recliners as well as a quiet pilot planning room. When we realized it would be a while until we could depart, I asked about restaurants nearby. Joann at the front desk was so sweet and said "oh honey just take the courtesy car into town" and handed me the keys to a beautiful black Mercedes. Bottom line: Great customer service! I will definitely be back.

Exceptional FBO!!! The BMW has been traded for a new black Mercedes, which is loaned without question. The staff is also extremely alert to providing high end customer service.

I have visited Million Air dozens of times in the last few years- sometimes on Angel Flights (fees waived). Excellent FBO, great service, and their management are very responsive to any feedback you may have for them. They are committed to earning and keeping your business at all levels!

Probably the BEST FBO I've ever used! We flew in here today in my Saratoga. Excellent service, very very friendly staff behind the counter. We got a ride into town and they pick us up, they arranged for this in a very convenient and friendly way. Very reasonable prices there. Very clean, excellent facility. I'm so glad I picked this FBO. I'll return here all the time. Thank you for everything again!

Great Experience. Decent Fuel price.. Let me borrow the crew car (a very nice BMW) to get lunch after dropping off a passenger. Will be back that is for sure!
