This is one of the best FBO's in the nation, attractive, well-furnished facilities with perpetual cookies, soft drinks, and a theater room for large screen movie viewing. Wonderful counter staff. I arrived there late one recent evening on a weather diversion. A super hotel at pilot rate was immediately secured. Bravo Millionaire!

Major thumbs up! We wanted to fly in from NYC to visit my niece but we could not find a rental car company in the area that had an available car except for one place that quoted us a ridiculous price for just one day. I wasn't really expecting much, but I figured I would give Million Air a call and see if they could be of any help. Well, we spoke with Rachel on the phone and she was able to quickly get us a mid size rental car for the day for a very low price without any hassle at all! She even got us a "pilot discount" too!! As soon as we hung up, we jumped in the plane and flew to Albany! Parked our C172 at Million Air and received excellent customer service just as we did on the phone a few hours earlier. I'm so glad I called Million Air. I highly recommend this FBO!!

Best Million Air Facility I have ever been in. Helpful, Kind and fuel prices not bad either!
From Richard Stanley on 29-May-2017

Very nice personnel but pricing is part of the great American FBO rip-off. $75.00 for 15 minutes on the ground wow...

It had been a while since I was in to Albany, but stopped in for quick city business last week. I was taken back at how nice and over the top helpful the Million Air staff was. Then I remembered it was like that last time I was in which was not recently...Top notch stamina! Anyway prices were surprisingly reasonable for major airport. Expert line service. Clear concise attentive CSR's. Can't wait for next ALB trip!

Although the staff was friendly, they were uninformed about airport policy and fuel. I called the FBO and asked about fuel prices and I was quoted a self-serve price. Million Air does not have self serve. It's on the other side of the airport. The staff at Million Air did not know where and did not know if I could exit the airport at the pump. Although a transient pilot could use the self-serve pumps, he could not exit the airport. Without going to Million Air and paying a $20.00 landing fee and a $40.00 ramp fee. Only pilots with an airport badge can enter or exit at the self-serve pumps. The fee is waived with a 30-gallon fuel purchase at the FBO for $0.50 more per gallon than self serve, I would rate Million Air's practices as deceptive. They lure you in with a reasonable fuel price that you cannot get. South Albany Airport is 11 miles south of Albany, has no fees, and their fuel prices are less than Million Air's. If you can, I would advise avoiding Albany.

Erica did a great job getting me pilot rates on rental car and motel. Line staff treated my PA30 just like the Gulfstreams. Facility was excellent and fuel price wasn't out of line.

Great service, extremely friendly staff well kept FBO. Very competitive fuel prices. Will return.

Arrived with 3 rescue dogs from NC for a rescue in Schenectady. Line and Front desk staff delivered "first class" service. When inside the FBO thought I was in an American Admirals Club. Again, "first class" facility. Much thanks to the front desk for waiving ramp fee. We'll be back.

Flew in for a meeting on October 9th. It was raining and their team was really helpful in getting me settled allowing me to quickly to get to my meeting. Great facility and nice people.

Good service. Waived fees for an Angel Flight. Much appreciated!

Very good service and help from front desk people. Set up reservation at The Desmond with crew rate. Pick up service. Great line guy, Ridel, and good avgas price for such a high end FBO.
