Great job by West Star, they really bailed us out. Rental car got messed up at Lambert for our other passenger who was driving to ALN to pick up our arriving passenger. Since they weren't able to arrange a rental car on very short notice, they offered to drive our passengers to their meeting 20 miles away and wait until they were done to drive them back. Thanks again guys, truly great customer service.
